At the time I scheduled a follow-up appointment, I was not informed that termination had occurred, and the office accepted the appointment. I later learned that a certified termination letter was already in transit to me at that time. Per the instructions in the letter, I contacted Mr. Hardy several of times by both phone and email but received no response. Today, I went in person to pick up my medical records and again requested to speak with him. Staff informed me that he was "not available," which I personally overheard being relayed at his direction. I am sharing this to accurately reflect my experience, including repeated attempts to communicate, lack of follow-up, and the manner in which this situation was handled. I have never experienced this level of disregard from a medical provider, particularly one entrusted with providing patient care. Initial review:1.9.26 I tried not to leave a review, but I am tired of the pettiness and lack of professionalism at this office. Some of the staff are rude, and my visits have never been on time. I've never had an issue with Dr.Hardy personally, but she is hardly ever in clinic so it's becoming pointless. My entire family comes here and we are all now trying to find a new provider.... This is horrible! Even when I arrive early or punctually, I have never been seen within 30 to 40 minutes of my scheduled appointment. The one time I was late, only by two minutes past the 15-minute grace period my appointment was at 9am, it suddenly became an issue and I was placed as a walk-in with no flexibility. There was no one there but one other patient when I arrived. When I came in, I knew it was going to be an issue bc the same CNA that I complained on was at the front door and made sure she didn't say hello. However, the receptionist or scheduler greeted me. If everyone simply did their job and handled concerns professionally, patient complaints would not be taken so personally. I do understand that I was late today, but I physically had to push myself to get here. Considering this is also the same office that gave me a hard time when I had the flu, this reflects a consistent pattern, not an isolated incident. I cannot recommend this office. My visit today was only to receive a referral to a cardiologist.

That hour turned into another hour. I finally called back at 12:45p and they said the nurse would be ready to get the appointment started - however it was still another 45 minutes before I was seen. The nurse got me back there (finally) around 1:45p, but notified me that they were out of flu tests. I've been sitting in the front lobby for another hour now and still haven't heard anything - despite them closing at 2pm. I understand being short-staffed & busy during the cold/flu seasons but there's got to be a more efficient way of scheduling appointments so people aren't wasting 3-4+ hours with no updates.

The doctor and the nurse practitioner are really passionate about the work that they do. The rest of the staff are very friendly as well. They always make my family feel comfortable. The wait time is not very long. Normally, I am seen within 15 minutes of my arrival time. The lobby is not very big and it is not one of those fancy doctors offices in the are, but I can say the most important thing is, they care about your health needs and concerns. I am loving them so far!

She has the best bedside manner of any Dr or nurse practitioner I've ever dealt with or met. I used to absolutely loathe going to the dr , bc they wouldn't listen they would just tell you whatever they thought even when it was in contrast of what you were saying. Dee Dee doesn't do that she takes her time with and speaks to you like a human being not a number to meet her quotas for pharmacy companies. She's kind and caring and compassionate with your plights. She makes sure she does what's genuinely best for you and that's rare now a days. What's more is she's not just intelligent but also has common sense. Something most in the medical field tend to lack. The type of care you will get here when going to see DeeDee is second to none! 12/10 experience and I can not recommend Deedee enough. Go see her for your medical needs you won't be disappointed.
