After two years of zero returned calls, we had to call in a new vendor and he informed us that it needs a complete rebuild. The estimate for this is almost $10K. The pond liner has been destroyed as they neglected to put in a protective barrier-very poor workmanship (amongst other things). STAY AWAY unless you don't mind completely redoing their work from scratch every 10-15 years. Very costly mistake on our part.
