I am briefly writing this short alert, and including a few select photographs, in the interest of immediately notifying others of potential risk to their life, safety, and health by having contact with vehicles sold by Lava Motors 2, Inc., 201 Albany Turnpike, Canton, Connecticut 06019, based on evidence of their recent sale of a hazardous vehicle to my client. Based on overwhelming evidence, it is clear that Lava Motors 2, Inc. has engaged in deceptive operations and syndicate conspiracy fraud that has threatened the life, security, and property of persons.
Lava Motors 2, Inc. deceptively and fraudulently -- and heinously -- sold to my unsuspecting client, by way of salesman Amjed Saleh, a vehicle subsequently deemed hazardous and unfit for use on public roadways, and, thereby, endangered the lives of countless persons. Lava Motors 2, Inc. knowingly concealed pertinent facts and submitted falsified records with respect of known defects and alleged inspections, stating that which is contrary to known and obvious fact. This case is not one of ignorance -- which on its own would still make one complicit in issues of safety and potentially hazardous machines --, but a case of willful and voluntary deception; it is a case of fraud and concealment of known facts demonstrating that the vehicle sold is injurious to persons. This vehicle could have killed my client, killed other vehicle occupants, and could have killed numerous persons on town, county, state, and federal public roadways; it also could have destroyed property and caused massive disaster.
The evidence that Lava Motors 2, Inc. has put human lives at risk in the sale of my client's vehicle is overwhelming. I write this brief notice to serve as a goodwill public service announcement to members of the general public. Based on the overwhelming evidence that has been presented to me, I suggest that all persons should immediately avoid purchasing any material from Lava Motors 2, Inc., its representatives, or its affiliates, in the interest of their own safety and the safety of others. I have decided, based on my conscience, to alert others through public channels because of my belief that human life and health is at immediate risk because of the demonstrated evidence showing that Lava Motors 2, Inc. knowingly sold a vehicle unfit for public roadways and submitted falsified documents claiming that the vehicle was safe for both private use and public use.
