I only went to the grand opening and did Pilates but the venue is stunning! They have a smoothie/coffee shop in the entrance and a lovely sitting area - in the morning the light shines in so beautifully! The Pilates and other activities are on the second floor, they have cold plunge, sauna, cryotherapy and red light! Everyone working there was also very nice!!

Bougie smoothie searchers, look no further. I have been all over the island looking for an Erewhon strawberry glaze smoothie dupe and this is it. I'd say 90% the same (yes I've had the real one in Cali several times). Even has the seamoss that is usually missing from dupes, and I swapped for almond milk to make it even closer to the Erewhon one. At $18, this is a luxurious treat for tummy and skin - it is THICK and by the time I had gotten halfway through, I felt like I had eaten 1000 strawberries and skipped my next meal. Stopped by in the morning, easy parking in back, and an eclectic collection of co-working going on in the thoughtfully designed lobby. Will visit again for the Blueberry version!

The name of the temple means "Broken Ridge Temple.". What appears to be a flaw in the construction the roof was lowered because it exceeded the height limitation of the City & County. The temple is magnificent despite the roof's lower height. The grounds are beautiful and abundant with plants especially the variety of mango trees and coconut trees throughout the property. There are statues such as the Statue of Miruk Boddhisatava. There are lotus buds and lovely lotus flowers in bloom and pots of water lilies too. Water is saved in plastic containers and drums. The most interesting sight is the pots of aged miso and shoyu on the roof top below the temple. Highly recommmend a visit to capture the tranquility and beauty of the temple and Palolo Valley.

TM works but it didn't give me the results I was looking for…read more I was expecting for my anxiousness, ptsd, and stress to be significantly lowered. I meditated two times a day as prescribed and I would "transcend" consistently (almost like a conscious nap). I would feel Physically refreshed but this never provided long term or "transformative" result I was searching for. I was under the impression that through TM I could release most stress and anxiety. not the case for me. I enjoy the information. Cliff totally assumed my disinterest stemmed from my father and "false information" on the internet (I never looked it up or spoke to my family about TM. Super random). I didn't really connect with my instructor. It's been almost a year since I started & stopped TM and just want to give others a heads up who is seeking the same relief I was looking for. What worked best for me was consistent exercise, healthy diet, and community service (as much as possible). More effective and cheaper than TM.

I have tried other forms of meditation but they always felt forced, this form of meditation is so simple, natural and effective it blew my mind. Transcendental Meditation has enriched my life. I can't put into words the spiritual fulfillment I have experienced through TM. It simply must be experienced first hand. Peace, love and harmony.

Every Friday night feels like a sacred reset--and I truly wouldn't want to spend my evening anywhere else. Kaori's full moon sound baths with Reiki are especially powerful. The way she plays the crystal bowls and other instruments allows the sounds to radiate through my entire body. I can physically and emotionally feel the energy that no longer serves me melt away. Her peaceful presence and gentle spirit create a deeply safe and calming space where I can simply be--fully present, fully held, fully grounded. Laying under the stars on the beach, listening to the healing vibrations, has been life-giving. And the fact that Friday night sound baths are donation-based speaks volumes about the kind of heart-centered human Kaori is. She creates community with so much care and intention. I love, love, love Sound Healing Hawaii. It's an experience I would recommend to anyone needing restoration, clarity, or just a beautiful place to reconnect with themselves and the universe.

She is a very good teacher and a good healer. She told me to stand straight up to check my posture. In an instant, she knew where my pain was in my legs and lower back. She explained to me the reason why it did that and gave me recommendations to stand properly. I have been working on that and the pain had gone away in two weeks.
