The vibe is very family and community oriented. Sign ups are easy, and classes are affordable. Bathrooms are clean. I had just retired from teaching Dance and closed my studio in Florida. I had just moved back to Hawaii, and I was reaching out to the Dance community to connect and make friends. I had had just started taking some dance styles that had always wanted to learn Kizomba, and Samba but was too busy to learn. "Dances of love" was an event and they were using this beautiful DanceStudio, I remember loving the aesthetics of the studio and the warm friendly feeling. In 12 years later, I'm bringing my daughter down here for some dance classes. I did not realize how large the studio was, And I'm so happy that the studio lasted all these years. Still and Moving Center, offers a array of dance classes, from BellyDance, salsa, tango, Ballet, yoga, stretch, massage, therapy, aerial, classes, tai chi, hula, and the list goes on. They have classes for adult and children and offer in person and online classes. Right now, they're running a two week special, for $50 plus dollars you can take unlimited classes for t two weeks. I sat in on my daughter's classes, everyone was super welcoming. I love the two Bellydance teachers. There was so much love for their teacher and for each other. It made me want to join in and get some of that love. And it made me want to start taking some classes as well. Classes rates : Still & Moving Center They are having A Two week special you can try all the classes. I got to take 2 classes with Kashmira, and she really seems like an experienced teacher. She knows how to motivate us and foster whatever vibe she is going for. Her playlist is also impeccable. I had been slacking on doing cardiovascular exercise, so these cycling classes were a welcome wake up call that I need to get back on the proverbial horse (bike?) with my exercise routine. I like that the studio provides you with cycling shoes, towels to dry off, towels to cool down, lockers to stash your belongings, and a pretty nice restroom. It's conveniently located in the Ala Moana mall, so I can quickly hit up other businesses in the area.

I unfortunately almost passed out white face and I thought I was going to the hospital... but Kashmira came out and made sure I was okay and that if I needed anything she was there for me. Honestly she didn't have to do that but she did! And after that experience I will always come back to take class at that studio from her! The owner is so lucky to have her as an instructor on her team if she didn't check up on me I don't know what could have happen to me!!! Your the best Kashmira Demi!!

This was my first ever barre class I've taken, and wow - what a workout. I'm three months postpartum, and the classes offered provide the perfect workout and challenge for me, as modifications are also provided. The studio is clean and inviting. Not only did the workout catch my eye after several classes, but the owner Melissa is extremely welcoming and knowledgeable to barre. I appreciate how all the instructors at Sweat + Soul are friendly and encouraging. The instructors help guide you throughout class and make friendly corrections to optimize your positions so you can get the best workout possible. Highly recommended this studio to everyone!

It is a total body workout which includes brief stretching before transitioning to the next muscle group. I love how Sweat+Soul barre really targets the smaller muscles to help me feel strong and toned. I can attest that the workouts WILL stay challenging, even after working out here several times per week for years. Instead of getting "easier" with time, your form will slowly improve (which I think also helps to improve your posture!). If it's starting to feel easy, you're not properly engaging your muscles :) The teachers and the owner are all so friendly and know how to kick your ass in the best way. I also love how CLEAN it feels in the studio. Pretty much all other fitness studios I've tried out feel noticeably grosser compared to here. (I can understand that it's also probably due to the nature of the workout for other studios though.) The studio recently moved to Ward Village Center (Genki sushi, Kids City, etc.), on the side of the structure where Roger Dunn Golf is located. This new location doesn't have a water refill station yet, so be sure to fill up your flask before heading here.

After trying different workouts, I realized I needed something that would help me sweat while also stretching and opening up my body. I signed up in January 2025, and by April, I was pregnant! I truly believe the consistency here helped prep my body for that transition. Here is why I've stuck with them: The Vibe: It's incredibly chill and welcoming. The instructors are relatable and down-to-earth, not intimidating at all. Variety & Convenience: I love the range of classes (even the cycling/spin classes are fantastic!) and having multiple locations close to home made it easy to stay committed. Affordability: The pricing is very reasonable for the quality of instruction you receive. Yoga through Pregnancy & Postpartum: Continuing my practice during pregnancy was a lifesaver. It helped open up my hips and relieved those inevitable achy spots. I honestly felt that yoga prepped my body for the physical intensity of birthing. I was back in the studio just two weeks after giving birth because I knew my body needed help recovering--specifically in my pelvis, hips, and lower back. Now that I'm nursing and pumping, the classes are essential for opening up my chest and upper back. If you're looking for a studio that supports you through every season of life, this is it!
