Prep work & On time: Once I paid the deposit, the job was scheduled within 2 weeks (during Christmas/New Year season). The painters were polite and arrived on time. They are thorough with the prep work. The job was done in a bit over two days. Follow up: After the paint was done and final payment made, we noticed there were some touch up work needed. They provided update every day on when the painter could come and they came on time within couple days. Whereas I do have experience with other contractors when I could not find them for couple months to finish last 5% of the job. Headache free experience (project completed through text): They are impressive, reliable, the whole job was completed without a single phone call (only through text and online payment). Seemed to be most through and personable - I trust my gut, trust factor very important! da Work: Jose, Cesar and 2 other crew spent 1st day prepping surfaces and laying down primer/ 1st coat. Cleaned up EOD and was back early next day to finish up, were done shortly after noon. Meticulous, tight, quality, quick work. Couldn't be happier! da Service: Responded quickly via Projects in Yelp!, Then followed up with on-site visit, formal email quote, and keeps txt comms going throughout. I threw in a couple small change orders and they still finished up early. Cesar, Jose & crew were professional and jovial... you can tell when folks enjoy their craft - they took the appropriate time to prep and laid down great paint with pride. After watching a neighbor's home be beautifully prepped and painted by Level Five Painting, we were genuinely impressed and decided to reach out. The owner, Juan, came out for a walk-through and quote. He was gracious, knowledgeable, and patient with all of our questions. Our home was assigned to the project manager, Ivan, along with Juan and Daniel, who handled the preparation and painting. He doesn't do plumbing, but recommended a plumber that he trusted and partnered with over the years. After the pipe was repaired, Ron proceeded to patch up the wall and prep it for painting.
