I wish I could recommend these guys. They seem like good people, but they couldn't install a pre-hung double door in a finished opening. They took approximately 12 hours of my time before I had to ask them to leave. My door ($500) and the door opening were ruined. I had to hire another contractor to come and fix it. Unprofessional experience. I hired Lavallis handyman to assemble a 10x10 craftsmen shed from Lowes. Ty arrived late on both days. Did not have all the needed equipment, step ladder ect. Continued to tell me that the shed was for lack of better words (not made well). I had to help screw down the roof windows because I seen there was a gap that would let water in during the rain. I felt as if I had to continue watching to make sure it was assembled correctly. Overall job was completed but very stressful experience. read more

Needed a kitchen faucet replaced. 1. After starting the job started to run into some challenges with removal of the existing faucet. 2. Requested a shutoff of the main water line. After locating it I had to take a call so was not present for about 1 hr. 3. Returned and noticed water to the house was shutoff. Unfortunately still could not get the old faucet out and effectively had to give up. So the old faucet was still useable but not reinstalled. 4. Then learned the valve handle to the main water line was broken off. Water could not be turned on. In the effort to turn the water main back on he ended up stripping the threads on the valve itself 5. Indicated would go to find a replacement for the handle at a Home Depot. Would be back in an hr 6. Couple of hrs later indicated he could not help and would not be returning. End result no new kitchen faucet installed, original left partially reinstalled, no water to entire house, broken main water valve which cost $450 to repair and not even an effort to apologize. I worked with Lavallis a month ago. They rescheduled once and were late and had to stay late for both days - until 10 pm. Things they did for me: 1. Wet bar leak fix - They did not do a great job. They replaced the part as while fixing the old part broke - it was rusted so was normal. They said its fixed and checked and probably wasn't leaking when tested. But I used it recently and its still leaking. My bad that I didn't check the leak before and now they will charge me again and won't come back to fix it for free since it has been more than 2 weeks. Not a great customer experience. I did not use it until now and its still leaking unfortunately. 2. Kitchen Faucet removal & installation - was a pretty hard job since it was rusted when trying to remove the existing faucet. They did really good to remove the rust and install the new kitchen sink faucet. Did not clean fully and it wasn't a perfect installation since it's not aligned properly. 3. Installed 6 floating shelves - did an okay job. They had to re install at 2 places since they didn't account for the size properly - messed up some paint nearby. Also had to ask to re do at 2 places since it wasn't installed properly. Charged me for 8 floating shelves instead of 6 but I didn't say anything since they gave me some discount and I don't like to negotiate too much when people work hard. 4. Installed 2 hand held bidet for my toilet - good job. It was a hard job since the space was very limited and had to re do multiple times since one of the piece was missing. No leaks 5. Installed 2 shower heads - it was very easy and good job. No leaks 6. Installed 2 medicine/wall cabinets in bathroom - good job. 7. Patching 3 sheetrock areas and texture - good job. Overall, not satisfied with the experience. Could have been better! read more

I set up an appointment for them to come replace my garbage disposal. This is urgent - we have a family & can't use our kitchen sink as the disposal is leaking when we use the faucet. I had 5 other companies get back to me through Yelp but I chose them because they were the quickest to reply plus a great price. My husband rearranged his schedule & left work early to be here when they were supposed to come (around 4-430pm today). I took my infant to Home Depot between his naps to get the disposal. The person gave me a number to reach them by texting & were texting me about the job up until 2:28pm today - just as I was picking up my kids from school. Well I missed a call from a different number 10 min later as I was driving kids home but didn't think much of it & didn't check vm until later. The tech left a msg saying he's not coming & then told me he's not only overbooked today but tomorrow as well so I'm out of luck. Totally unprofessional. Integrity, honesty, and hard-working. This is what you will get from these guys. Tone and Ty were amazing. They came to Vacaville on the hottest weekend of the year (106°) to tear down my deck and haul it away. Not only did they have to tear down my deck, but I have a shed on it so they had to make sure the shed was supported as well. They did an amazing job. My deck is now gone. My shed is still perfectly intact and supported and it is trimmed out beautifully. Tone is so particular. I requested for repair service on Yelp and someone from Lavallis messaged me and provided a quote for the job. We set up an appointment but they never showed up and I got a text from them saying they've finished the job. I checked with my tenant to see if the issue is fixed and she said nobody came to her place to check out the issue. I texted them why they told me to pay when they never show up for the job. They are very dishonest and I would not recommend them. I'm reluctant to use Yelp because of this experience. Responding to the comment on my review: If I did not call you out on my tenant not receiving the service you would not have said anything. You even texted me your Venmo account.
