Jonathan was the fourth plumber, and the only one willing to thoroughly investigate, problem-solve, and see the job through. Where others gave up, Jonathan went above and beyond. His expertise, patience, and honesty solved issues that others and my contractor couldn't resolve. He asked me to text him photos of the work we wanted done; then estimated the time it would take, and his hourly rate. He was available in a time frame that was optimal for us, which I really appreciated. Our top priority projects were a clogged bathroom sink, and a pipe that needed replacing in the garage sink. He did both of those projects in the estimated time, or even a little bit less time. We also wanted the pipes replaced under the kitchen sink, because a previous plumber had put in plastic pipes, which had fallen apart, and were being held together with tape. We thought that would need to be done another day, but he had the pipes in his truck, and quickly replaced the plastic pipes. All of that work took less than two hours, and he had all of the parts he needed with him. The total bill, including parts and labor, was very reasonable.
