There's red light therapy which is going to be a hit or miss on people and even less effective for darker skinned individuals and males. There's compression therapy which is great for extra blood flow; so that covers people who are over using certain body parts as well as under using. Massage gun and stretching. If you consider yourself a living person, you need this every one in a while. They do a great job in making sure you're stretched out and feeling good. You WILL feel better after this. If you consider yourself an athlete, you might even need to come here every couple months or more frequently depending on how intense your training is. THIS IS THEIR BEST SERVICE. Don't be a fool and ignore aching joints, tendons, and over tensed muscles. Go there, get a day pass.
