Quick place to grab coffee when at the century city mall! There is some cute seating nearby and lots of great baked goods to choose from. Highly recommend the chocolate croissant-- super flakey and buttery! Service was really fast since I went in the morning, but definitely got busier around noon.

Excellent coffee. I buy this brand to take home with me. Very busy place. They made the coffee exactly how I wanted. Very nice staff.

Stopped by here for a quick coffee and was a bit disappointed. I ordered a latte and sadly it was cold and the milk did not have a good foamy texture. It's almost like they barely used the frother which was probably why the latte was so cold. They weren't even busy so not sure if the baristas are trained well. Sadly disappointed with this experience.

This place excellent! Quiche and Almond Croissants were amazing and very inexpensive. Latte and coffee exceptional.

I would consider myself a regular here and I always order the same thing, iced caramel latte with oat milk. It's sooo good every single time. It's a great treat after work upstairs. I love everybody who works here from one Eataly team member to another. Seriously some of the better coffee I've had in town and very fairly priced too. Coming here has made me not want to drink coffee anywhere else LOL. I think they use special syrup as well which is super awesome.

They had flavors like melon tea, rice-scented tea, and various types of oolong, red, black, and green teas. I was so excited when Chagee opened up and started expanding in LA. I finally stopped by while at the Century City mall, and the inside of the shop is very similar to the ones in China. Modern with classic tea house elements, easy app ordering, and a screen showing how many orders they're working on and which orders are ready for pickup. Staff were generally friendly. Sadly, Chagee got Americanized whether due to market popularity or logistics with getting certain teas in the US, couldn't tell ya. They have 1 of each type of tea: jasmine, oolong, black, Ceylon. You can add milk or add lemon lol. The teas are great and very fragrant--I don't know what determines what kind of cup an iced tea or tea latte comes in (their standard Chagee cup or a ridiculously large plastic cup, maybe 20oz)--the regular cups with the triple straw is the best. The big cups make me feel like I'm glugging half a gallon of milk.

The store was extremely busy the day we went so there was a little bit of longer wait for our order to be ready. I always order the Iced Boya Jasmine Green Tea Latte - it's my favorite! Specifically the large size with less sugar and whole milk. I've tried their other teas (which are also delicious) but enjoy this one the most! I love the rich tea flavor. International Tea Day was May 21, 2026, and every large Boya came with two complimentary jasmine green tea sachets too! It was a nice bonus! If you haven't tried Chagee yet, you have to!

I got my go-to flavor, the Espresso Delux Hokey Pokey. Personally, I find this flavor to be more rich in flavor, but less sweet than the original Hokey Pokey. Plus, as a coffee-lover, how can I say no to coffee?!?! The ice cream was smooth and creamy, while the coffee flavor was noted with each bite without being too strong or overpowering. There was also a slight note of tanginess to it. It was topped off with crushed bits of chocolate covered almonds and toffee/honey comb flakes. In my opinion, this was the highlight as the toppings complimented the ice cream. You get the smooth and creaminess from the ice cream, yet the crunchy, chocolatey and nuttiness from the infused toppings. Now that's a heavenly bite. Highly recommend checking this place out whenever you're at Century City mall. It's located on the 2nd floor, right outside of Macy's. There's plenty of seating inside and the store is overall quite clean. Staff have been super friendly during each of my visits.

I've been to Cafe Landwer a few times over the years, and it was usually decent. After today,…read morethough, I don't have any interest in returning. My friend and I made a reservation for outdoor dining for brunch. We arrive right around our reservation time to find nobody at the podium. After a few minutes, a woman comes up and asks, "For two?" before immediately turning around and walking the other way, to which point we stop her and say that we actually had a reservation which we gave her all the details for. She stopped for about half a second, grabbed menus, then turned around again and brought the menus to an indoor table, then just walked away without making eye contact. She did not even tell us to follow her nor say a single word to us once we were seated. No worries, right? Wrong. We perused the menus and waited for about ten minutes, with no staff members coming by to help us. We started looking around to try to flag someone down, but each staff member was either not looking in our direction and/or wearing a different outfit from the next staff member, with some outfits almost having a nightclub aesthetic than wait staff. Eventually, another individual comes by our table and, again, without greeting us or making any eye contact, aloofly says, "Just order off the QR code," which we didn't see because the menus were covering it. Now, my friend who I was with works in the mall, and I know the restaurant offers a discount for mall employees, so as the employee was walking away, I called out and asked if we would still get the discount if ordering off the QR code, and he said yes. Note that in all the times my friend and I have eaten here in the past, it was always traditional table service. Then, we go to place our order, and after adding everything to the basket, it tries to charge my credit card. At this point, almost 20 minutes had gone by since we arrived, with still no single greeting or water or silverware set or anything. I get up to speak to another waiter who was helping nearby tables, to which I am again told to just order off the QR code but was reassured that the mall discount would be applied once the tab was settled. So we oblige and place our order through the portal. Several minutes later, the same waiter who I had most recently spoken with had come to our table (mind you, this is the first time someone came to our table in the entire time we were seated) and said that the restaurant was out of some of the items on our menu. And it was at this point that we FINALLY got waters. At this point, we had to look through the menu again, but it was getting to the point where we were going to miss our movie, so we had to just abandon ship and eat at the mall food court. Upon leaving, the only acknowledgement we got was from the first woman who "brought" us to our table, which was a petty smile and wave. Allow me to make myself clear. I hold no animosity against any establishment for being short-staffed, for requiring QR code ordering, or for being out of ingredients. This stuff just happens. What I do have an issue with is the astounding lack of any grace or hospitality, without even a simple "Whenever you're ready go ahead and use the QR codes on the table" or even a welcome. It just felt as though every person was just trying to get by with doing the bare minimum, and every employee had attitude. Even the couple next to us, who had been seated before we arrived, never got acknowledged. It's honestly a shame, because many of the items here are great, and the offerings are unique, but if this is how Cafe Landwer chooses to operate and treat its customers, I won't be back.

Vibe: Super cute and aesthetic--very on-brand and Instagram-worthy. It's not a huge space, but there are a few tables if you want to sit and relax for a bit. Drinks: I tried the cold brew and it was definitely on the stronger side, which I personally liked. They also have different flavor options, so you can mix it up depending on your mood. Drink wasn't too bad; got it iced but it could have been prepared hot (minus the cloud). They use chunky ice cubes which take up a lot of space but I was able to enjoy what I had. Croissant was also good. The space is basically a glorified kiosk, but there is plenty of outdoor seating right around it. I've cut my coffee habit down significantly however I wouldn't mind dropping by again to see what they had to offer. Peanut butter in a drink could go either way and I have to say they got it right-
