What made the situation even more uncomfortable was the way I witnessed her speaking to and treating employees. The atmosphere felt tense and unwelcoming, and it was shocking to see that kind of behavior coming from someone in a management position. I went back, and she applied two other shots for me for free, but it wasn't enough. I don't know if it's a lack of experience on the technician, but I am a little bit sadabout that. During my trip, I still have my 11 or whatever is called to those lines when you frown. Yes, it's cheaper, but it doesn't totally do the job. I hope they work on that and improve because they are very nice people.
