This was not the case with Maietta & Sons so I was a little concerned a quote was provided site unseen. 50% down to schedule and 50% at completion. However the quote was better than the other quotes in terms of price and Dennis committed to address my all concerns so made the down payment. Dennis is great to work with. He kept me updated on his arrival time based on the window he provided and accommodated my schedule. Straight to the point and gives an honest opinion based on his several years of experience. His work is clean and concise. The garage door insulation was quick and clean. Dennis addressed all of my concerns, the door had a gap when it was closed, the wires are routed to the opener (from the control panel and from the electronic eyes) where all over the place taped together for additional length, the existing door opener was mounted crooked and lower than it should have been. Dennis made the necessary changes and additions to address all of my concerns and provided some additional recommendations for me to consider without any pressure. Dennis' work was very professional, clean and concise. He programmed both cars and walked me through what was needed to get up an running and suggested some things to do next.
