5 stars DOES NOT even cut it. Plain and simple. I've never had a mobile car wash/detail service done because I'm ALWAYS and forever on the go. I normally just zip through those less than 5 minute car washes that you drive through and then vacuum yourself. Well let me tell YOU.... Lavish Finish Mobile Detail is ALL THAT aaaaaaand a few bags of chips!!!! Not just one bag, but like a $hitload, for real!! I left my car to be washed and had dinner with a friend. I think we were gone for almost 2 hours and when we came back, I couldn't even believe I was looking at my car!! I mean, I keep my cars pretty neat inside, but the outside can't help being dusty from all of my road travels. I'm mad at myself for not really taking before pics, because y'all know how many pics I take, but for some reason I didn't get much. Must have been cuz my ass was hangered, lol. Anyway, before we left I told them I didn't really need the inside done as I keep it vacuumed and neat for the most part. Whenever anyone rides with me, I make sure they take EVERYTHING out with them...right down to a crumpled straw wrapper from Starbucks, hahaha!!! Ain't nobody leaving BB or Stella a hot mess!! I did, however, tell them about my smoothie incident from a few weeks ago. I was omw to work with a smoothie and agua fresca in those cardboard cup holders. I was at a red light and when it turned green, I wasn't fully holding on to the cup holder so when I stepped on the gas, both drinks FLEW all over the place. They got all over the front passenger side and behind on the ground. I did my best to clean it up, but even my trusty WeatherTech custom floor mats couldn't save BB. =( I promised to take her to the car wash and fix her up but I just got so busy... the passenger doors were kinda hard to push open because of the stickiness that dried up. Lavish worked WONDERS on her!! She looked BETTER than brand new and I was in complete shock!! So much so that my jaw literally was on the ground for a few seconds before I picked it back up!! Yes people. They are THAT DAMN GOOD and you're gonna freakin LOOOOVE the way your car turns out when they get done with yours. You know I don't mess around with these reviews and this right here is no exception. It is a necessity if you've got a busy lifestyle and your car deserves to be spoiled once in a while. I got the Mini Lavish which ran $80 because BB is an SUV, but it's normally $60 for regular cars. They need to seriously add the word "Magic" or "Magical" to their name because that's what they do!! You gotta take my word for it. The pics don't even do them justice on the real!!! You and your ride(s) need some Lavish in your lives!! I haven't taken BB out of the garage since she got done up... she's too pretty and even her tires are still gleaming!!! Idk when I'll take her out again, but for sure won't be today, lol!!! I had a good first two experiences with Don. Third time I got a different crew and I wasn't home so my husband was the one to look at the car before they left. I get home and my car had bug splatter all over the bumper and rear view side windows like they weren't even touched. The windshield was filthy. The wheels were dirty. Spots were missed all throughout. I had to go over the leather seats again myself and then found myself just cleaning my own car after I dropped $90 to have them do it. So frustrating. He offered to come back to "fix" it but I don't have time to wait for them to come all the way back and redo their work, hence the reason why I pay to get my car detailed. I texted and requested a refund, as I felt like I was robbed for half-assed work and the owner was disgustingly rude and blamed it on my husband for "okaying" their work (like poor detail work has anything to do with him - this work shouldn't be anything anyone would make a client pay for.) After back and forth arguing with the owner, I settled on just requesting my $30 tip back at least which he said he would send back. Well, I never got it. I do not mind paying good money for good work. Even if you do poor work, if you're willing to remedy the issue and are genuinely caring about me, your client, and my satisfaction, I will even give you a 2nd chance. I know people have their days. But just the quality of work and the way the owner dealt with the whole situation will have me never going back. I honestly don't know how these guys stay in business - terrible work, piss poor attitude, no customer service skills, and not backing up their work. You are working in a client based, customer service industry. Talking to clients with disrespect and arguing with them is completely unacceptable. What a waste of time and money. Where to start, where to start! I had moved out here from OC 5 months ago and had desperately tried a few different car washes that turned out to be huge disappointments. I had given up and my car had reached disgustingly new lows as far as cleanliness was concerned. Thus began my search once again. I had gone out with my SIL (mother of 4) whose car is usually a nightmare! But not this day! I asked her where she had gone because they are clearly ordained by the LORD Himself to have cleaned her car the way they had. She told me about this company, and so much to unpack here. First things first: COST! After gathering quotes for multiple mobile auto detailing companies, I had decided that a mobile company is way too pricey. BUT NOT HERE. I was absolutely blown away by their package options and the prices. So, you're telling me I can pay only $10 more than I did DRIVING to a car wash in OC, but YOU will come to ME?! Hell yeah!!! And you won't do any less than what I was getting before?! No, this is too good to be true. I was skeptical but figured it'd be worth the risk to try it out rather than always wonder. I'm glad I did! Secondly, the gentlemen who came out to complete the job were incredibly friendly. I was able to express expectations, and they understood and assured me that all my needs will be met. They took their time and made sure all of my concerns (the trouble spots in my car) were taken care of. They unloaded their equipment and roughly 2 - 2.5 hours later, I came outside to a car I had hardly recognized. I had just gone through a hail storm, so aside from the new paint chips I had gathered from the storm and my missing bumper, my car looked just the same as when I had driven off of the lot!!! I had residue spots from a concentrated car scent on the door jambs that would NOT go away. I don't know how they did it, but they got rid of those, too! My car was CAKED in dog hair and dust. I mean, it was the worst I had ever let it get, and they made it look like new! Incredible. My windows were so clean, I thought I had rolled down my window mid drive!! OWWEEEE All in all, they've guaranteed a return customer with me. Next appointment, I'll definitely spring for the full Lavish package. (I need the shampoo he he he) I had to try it out before going all in ;). So, to recap: reasonable, affordable pricing. Comes to you. Friendly, competent workers. ALL FROM THE COMFORT OF YOUR HOME?! Wow where to even begin!! The service? The prices? The details? All unbelievable!! They left my car looking BETTER than when I bought it off the lot. I have a 2020 Elantra and when I first got the car I'd try my best to wash it every 2 weeks. Well as of recently (the past year) I totally neglected it. It was actually starting to look a different color on the interior of how dirty it was, like a grayish white tone. And not to mention I shed like a fricken dog so hair and dirt completely covered my floor mats. Well when they were done with my car the interior was so jet black again and super shiny! On the outside? Completely mirror like and the tires and rims were a new color as well. Wow would definitely recommend to anyone reading this my car has never looked this AMAZING! I would recommend 100%!! I had to chaperone a group of tween Girl Scouts and didn't want them judging me and my dirty van. It looked like a homeless person had a party in there. They were very quick getting us in. Marcus and Monta showed up on time and got to work. They vacuumed for hours. When I saw the van I was in awe. Looked brand new! They even cleaned inside the stow and go (I just noticed yesterday 2 weeks later). I live in Menifee & needed my 2 vehicles detailed inside & out...made a bunch of calls to local detailers ...first couple I called could not accommodate my time frame...a few didn't answer so I left a message...a few others didn't answer but couldn't leave a message cause their mailbox was full (shame on them)...after my 10th call I got ahold of "Lavish Finish Mobile Detail"...they quoted me a price that I thought was ridiculously high but I was desperate to get this done...one car was a 2009 Toyota Corolla S that was in need of a good cleaning...the other was a 2008 Chevy Trailblazer LT... that is the one I haul my 3 dogs around with..it was bad with drool all over door panels & everything else...hair everywhere but especially matted into floor carpet & anything cloth...3 young men showed up in a pickup that was well equipped with the equipment necessary for detailing...they were here for about 5 hours...when I was called out to inspect the finished product I was more then just pleasantly surprised...I was "blown away"...the Corolla which was just basically dirty inside & out looked brand new...but my Dogs Trailblazer was unbelievably immaculate...how they got it so clean I cannot say but I was impressed...you could not tell there had ever been dogs in there & I find that impressive... Ok I don't usually do reviews in fact very seldom so this is saying a lot. Let me start by saying I have four kids, two of which are toddlers, you can imagine how filthy my car can get. Everything that has ever been on their little faces has been on my windows, my seats, my floors. You name it! Always being on the run, I never really had time or patience to search for a hand car wash place and as fate would have it, just when I had reached my wits end with the dirt, they drove by. Figured they would be worth a call. The worst that could happen is they would give me a price I didn't like, and I could just tell them I'd call them back and they'd never hear from me again. Surprisingly, they quoted me half of what I had expected. What the hell! Let's do it. I will admit. I was nervous they might upcharge me once they had seen my car in person, but no. They kept true to their quote, despite my car looking like the Staten Island dump. I really would have taken pictures, but I am not big on reviews as I stated.
