I was told it would be no more than $7 for a 15-minute wash using a credit card. Based on that information, I proceeded. I only noticed today that I was actually charged $15, which is more than double what I was quoted. This feels misleading and unacceptable--especially since there was no clear pricing displayed. I called and spoke with a manager, and instead of resolving the issue, I was told to dispute the charge with my credit card company. That response alone shows a lack of accountability. I will be disputing the charge and filing a complaint with the BBB if this is not resolved. At a minimum, pricing should be clearly posted so customers know exactly what they're being charged.

Weston was the one who completed my detail and he was able to get all the imperfections out as well as restore the gloss I thought was lost out of my vehicle. Their prices are very competitive to the point where I didn't even bother trying to haggle with price. And honestly, I'm glad I didn't with the results shown worth every penny of it.
