Hands down the best with my hair I have followed her from previous salons she was at and have remained loyal to only her touching my hair from blonde, to root touch up to cutting my hair she is worth every $ and more! As to the previous comment keep in mind Alyssa is a Mother first so her time and schedule can be hectic, with that said I strongly recommend booking online through her link! I've never had an issue scheduling and book ahead of time!! She takes her time and listens to what you want (color or cut) I trust her with my hair, and that says a lot! I make the trip to come to her since I've moved away and have waited months to have my hair done through this pandemic. I was able to see her this week to get a cut and blonde bayalage, she took her time a total of 4 hours and as always she did an awesome job!! Allyssa doesn't have good customer service skills. In the past she canceled on me because her son had an event and I understood because things happen. But then yesterday I was going to get my hair toned and I send her a text to see if she could color my hair instead, she said she didn't have time because she had another client and of course I understood. Then she asked if I wanted to wait until she had time to do it all and I said yes and asked her what day was she available, she never replied. I really feel that she picks and chooses her clients. She wasn't really helpful the time she did my hair anyways, I rather drive further to go get my hair somewhere else. I don't need to be begging someone to color my hair. read more

After patiently waiting for salons to reopen, I was finally able to score an appointment for a haircut. The stylist sent me a text, 30 minutes prior to my appointment and cancelled. She asked if I'd be available the following day. I was so desperate for a cut I was willing to take time off of work a SECOND DAY and I requested an appointment. It's been just over one week and I have yet to hear back. I was concerned something personal could be going on - but then there were posts on her social media showing that was not the case. Alyssa has done my hair twice and I love it more and more every time! She's super sweet and very attentive and makes sure to ask what exactly I am looking to achieve and I appreciate that. I use the link to schedule but whenever I have questions I text her. She may not reply right away but that's expected, hair stylists are busy people. I have even texted her about things not related to my appointment (recommendations on hair products) and I appreciate the feeling of never being scared or uncomfortable to text her, she's super nice! This salon is hands down the best I have been to. The services they provide are EXTREMELY difficult to do, yet these ladies are always working hard for their clients and never not once complain. I personally see Alyssa and am an extremely particular client. Alyssa has been the ONLY stylist I have been able to find that can achieve what I have been looking for. Very mediocre service, i booked an appointment with Lizbeth & she texted me saying i needed to pay a deposit & i was willing to pay before going in but she only accepts zelle & apple pay, i told her i don't use either of those & she just told me to download zelle. i told her "can't you just make a new account on a different payment service since i'm a soon to be paying customer" & she just ignored me. then i showed her what i wanted to do with my hair & when i went in to get my hair done it's nothing like i wanted at all. i wanted all my hair colored pink except for the roots but instead she gave me a balayage ombré which is not what i wanted at all. very dissatisfied. she was also tugging and pulling my hair for 5 hours & the salon looked dirty with hair brushes on the floor. overall bad experience-i wish i went somewhere else. wasted $350 on hair that didn't turn out how i even wanted. never going here again or at least never working with her again. worst customer service. read more
