When the repairman came Tuesday ( 4 days with clothes in machine) he finally got it going, with some operational restrictions, such as a limited amount of clothes in a large capasity machine. I sat around all day and at about 4:30 that afternoon I called only to be told I wont be here, and that I would be Called by 12:00 Saturday for a delivery time today. I just called to find out I would be sitting again until maybe 6pm...again. Theses are new people with poor service and products and a 30 day warranty that used to be 60 days.. that says something. When the associate brought out the items, two of them were incorrect. After the associate verified the mistake, I was asked to wait while he retrieved the correct products. The customer service issues I experienced include: Incorrect items were provided despite the order confirmation indicating they were in stock. I waited while the associate attempted to retrieve the correct items, during which multiple other customers were able to retrieve their orders without delay. After being told the items were not in stock, I asked to cancel the order and was directed to Customer Service at the front of the store to process a refund, instead of resolving it at the pickup counter. Manager escalation did not result in any solution or goodwill gesture for the inconvenience; I was told nothing could be done. No alternative solutions were offered, such as shipping the items to me, which would have prevented additional trips. This experience reflects a breakdown in order accuracy and basic customer service. I hope this feedback is used to improve the pickup process and customer support. The purpose of choosing this location was the online indication that the items were in stock and ready for pickup.
