They got it into the shop as promised and provided a thorough analysis of the situation once they were able to take the hubs and brake drums apart. Mike provided a detailed written explanation of the needed repairs to my brake drums and bearings and costs prior to moving ahead with the work, and then completed the work to my satisfaction on time and with good quality work. They even fixed a couple of items needing to be addressed without charge. Overall, they were very helpful and thorough. While not the least expensive, they did great work, on time and very thorough. After 45 days of sitting in service I finally have my 6 month old trailer back. The trailer was…read moresold after knowing the wrong axles were on it and the dealer had know they were the wrong axles months before I bought it and they said nothing and sold it anyways. The communication is absolutely terrible it took going up there to even get an update on anything and calling the manufacturer to see what all was in the warranty claim after they said certain things weren't going to be replaced and they were ordered on the original claim. 45 days we picked it up for only part of everything to be done. I'm still waiting on paint to come in and tires and wheels.
