After 45 days of sitting in service I finally have my 6 month old trailer back. The trailer was sold after knowing the wrong axles were on it and the dealer had know they were the wrong axles months before I bought it and they said nothing and sold it anyways. The communication is absolutely terrible it took going up there to even get an update on anything and calling the manufacturer to see what all was in the warranty claim after they said certain things weren't going to be replaced and they were ordered on the original claim. 45 days we picked it up for only part of everything to be done. I'm still waiting on paint to come in and tires and wheels. read more

She worked hard to get us out and stayed after to make sure we had everything we needed. ****A note to the owner, get someone to refer to do spray in liners on the trailers! one of the worst service department's ever I drop off my trailer a week before my appointment for inspection three weeks later my trailer is still not even looked at!!!!! After they keep telling everyday the next day!!!!!!! every day my trailer is down I loose $1500 aday this is not even funny so if your look to get service done on trailer I recommend not coming here. sales guys are amazing Rudy is the best but no service unless you want to get the run around!!!!!!!!!! read more

I have bought 3 trailers from PJ trailers(same place) ,before they where bought out by nation wide & 1 since. You cannot talk to there sales people & they do not return phone calls. After calling for a week (even called the GM). I am going to get a trailer from another place. Will not be going back to another corporate store. read more

Ordinarily, I am more than willing to give positive reviews, but today I had the "pleasure" of dealing with Nationwide's parts manager who must have learned his customer service skills working as Bouncer. ( just my opinion, of course, but he most definitely did not earn Nationwide any future Trailer Parts Sales from me. ) Nationwide Trailer Parts shipped me the Incorrect seals with my order ( the parts person chose the incorrect items) the remainder of the order was correct. After completing the job and reusing the old seals which were still serviceable, I contacted Nationwide Trailer Parts to get the correct seals swapped out. Nationwide Trailer Parts told me " that because it was more than 30 days past the order date, there was no way that he could swap out the incorrect seals ( the Wrong seals selected by Nationwide's parts "specialist") for the correct seals!" I was even willing to cover the shipping; so, of course, I asked again explaining that there really was no way for me to have known that the enclosed seals were incorrect until i got into doing the job. He said there was " nothing that he could do, per company policy". read more

Purchased a top of the line container trailer from Jacob Geders and I am having the worst experience ever, he is horrible at communicating, trailer is junk, lowest quality trailer at the highest price, they painted the trailer over rusted metal, only used it once and everywhere I put the hook strap the paint chips off and its rusted underneath. Jacob or management wont return any calls, about to file a law suit to get my money back and return the junky trailer to them. read more

The service when you arrive is amazing. The staff is super welcoming and personable making the experience very hassle free. The only thing I would say needs improvement is the switchboard operators are a little on edge and seems to be in a rush, but once you actually speak to salesman its smooth sailing. Definitely will recommend using this company for any and all your trailer needs. I was so impressed that we will most likely buy one from them in the future. Great company. read more

Bought parts that showed up very rusty and customer service defends the rust like its ok

I've rented trailers from Nationwide in the past and received outstanding service from the rental team. Today, I went in to purchase a toolbox for our truck. I was willing to spend $500-$600 on a quality toolbox, and chose them because of my past experience. Today I dealt with a woman behind the sales desk who I assume was having a bad day. When I finally got her attention I told her "I'd like to speak with someone about a toolbox." She didn't speak, but followed me to where the toolboxes were. When we arrived to that section she looked at me and said curtly "Which one?" I pointed and said "That one." She walked away without speaking and went back to her computer about 40' away. A few moments later she yelled "That one is $581", and then went back to whatever she was doing before I apparently interrupted her. I stood there for a few minutes waiting for more interaction and then told my wife "OK. Let's go!" When I said "I'd like to speak with someone...", I meant I'd like to "speak" with someone. She was obviously not interested in earning my $600, so I took my business and money elsewhere and bought a quality toolbox. I wasn't rude. I was dressed and groomed neatly with a fresh haircut. Hell, I even took a shower this morning. I'm a pretty nice guy and it is difficult to get my hackles up, but when I imply I'm interested in giving you $600 of my money, I guess I expect you to talk to me instead of yelling at me across the sales floor. I know everyone has a lot on their minds these days with COVID and George Floyd, and a lot has changed in the world. Has customer service also changed? If so, I'll be buying from Amazon from now on. read more

Can not say enough about how amazing the customer service is!! We rented a trailer and Jesus went above and beyond my expectations in every aspect. The trailer was EXACTLY what we needed, was in great condition, ready when we arrived and Jesus helped connect it, checked our lights, explained everything to us, even changed out the ball on our hitch to the proper size and explained the adjustment of the electric brakes for when the trailer was empty or loaded. Could not have asked for better service and the rates are VERY reasonable!! all that way!! read more

I would not recommend the service dept at the Pasadena location. I dropped off my horse trailer for an axle replacement. The lady in charge or ordering the axles would not communicate with me. I researched the specifications from the manufacturer, when I saw that she was not doing anything and gave her the info. They kept the trailer for over 3 weeks and nothing was done. She never called to get info on price or timeframe to get the axle, and she would not reply to my messages. I picked up the trailer and she never said a word about the lack of service. Manager was not Interested either. Wish they would have told me from the start that they did not need my business! read more

I drove almost 50 miles to go into Nationwide in person thinking they would realize I was a serious buyer. First I had to try and determine what my trade in was worth so as requested by the sales associate I emailed them pictures of my trailer and was told he would present it to his boss and get back with me about the trade in value. After two days I had it heard from them so I followed up with another email. No response. After two more days I called and was told the sales associate was not available so I left my name, number and a message. Still no response. They never bothered to call me back, or return my emails. I guess my business just wasn't worth it. Nothing worse than being just flat out ignored. read more

We have been dealing with warranty work for roughly six months with their service department and it has been awful. At first the issue was getting someone on the phone and scheduling an inspection. No one would call me back or answer the phone. The receptionist was no help and basically shrugged her shoulders at me. We get the trailer out there and the service tech that we dealt with was great hence the one star. He processed the warranty work. We got the trailer back and they said they needed to wait on a panel to come in and that they would give us a call once received. We found that the light wasn't working when they were going to address it. I mentioned this and they said that they would address it when the panel came in. I followed up over the next month or so with hardly any response from anyone or saying that the shipment didn't have it. That is understandable but the lack of communication is not. We expressed our worry over the warranty period ending and the manager assured us that it would be fine. Once more, we did not receive any communication from the service dept. The owner and I called and emailed. No response or that the manager or service tech was out in the yard. The owner went out to Nationwide and spoke with the general manager and voiced his frustrations. The manager acknowledged the short comings and saw the room for improvement but that never happened. A couple months later and I called again. They promised to call back. Never happened. And then today, I called at 1246 and asked for an update. Derrick answered and stated he wasn't familiar as he was fairly new. He said that he would give a call back in a couple of minutes. I asked if I would get a call back stating issues with them giving me a call back. He laughed at me and said yes, the tech he wanted to talk to was standing next to him. I called back at 1325 for an update and was answered with a vm and as of 1356 have not received a call back. The company owner and I am beyond frustrated and fed up with them and the lack of communication on their part and NOT calling me back. I posted this review on google, a month ago. I still have not gotten any timeline or update about the panel. read more
