Lawn club was a lot of fun for a team building get together. Fully bar, cocktails are well made. Food was good, enjoyed the cheeseburgers. Indoor and outdoor games available. Curling, cornhole were just a few that I noticed. Staff were very friendly.

Cool activity for a large group! I came here for a friend's birthday and the whole process was seamless. You sign a waiver when you get in and then get assigned a lawn for your games. From there they explain the games and you play from there. We ended up playing croquet, lawn pong, and cornhole for our allotted time. This would be great for team building or any friend group who are highly competitive.

I was there for an event that started early morning but I've heard this place is usually crowded. There are several rooms and this space is pretty big. Outdoor patio tables, indoors and outdoor bars. Golfing area, merchandise areas and lounge. The staff was welcoming and friendly, assisted us to the various areas. Cocktails were on point. I had the Paloma. I'm not a golfer but a couple of the people I went with are. I did enjoy putting around for a bit. Then I basically lounge around enjoying bites and Cocktails and some coffee. When I arrived there were some breakfast offerings ( Im not sure if it was catered because it was a special event hosted here) .The pastries were very good quality. Lunch was being served just about when I was leaving so I had a Caesar Chicken wrap to go, pretty good too. I love this area especially in the summer, the water so close by and there always seems to be events going on at South Street. I'd come back to this spot for cocktails and lounging with friends.

Randomly stopped by last night with my friend because we needed to use the bathroom and were in the mood for a nightcap. The place is so spacious and cute. It gives tennis and country club vibes. We sat at the bar and ordered French fries and Surfsides. The bartender was extremely sweet and attentive. It was just fries, but you could tell they were freshly made. I wish we had explored more since I noticed some games going on. Would love to return and check it out some more.

So fun! We really got the royal treatment. I think they treat everyone like that but shout out to the staff for a very fun evening! Someone scheduled this for a team outing. We played and ate and drank cold beer. Great spot for large gatherings! Music playing in the background you could dance to if you wanted to. Fun atmosphere. The shrimp skewers were so good especially with that chili sauce that comes on the side. Spicy! There was way too much food for sure. Sliders, which I did not try because I was already full looked really good. The guacamole was delicious. I can't say enough about the staff! They were on point all night! So helpful with how to play the games and they kept the fun flowing. Thank you! Waiver required. You may get pegged by a basketball.

Returned to the Lawn Club to try the outdoor Curling and had a terrific time. Great setup with each Curling Lawn having a heated cabin to hang out in while not playing. It was wonderful to see Lawncierge Kieran again who along with our server Leo and the other staff took great care of while we were there. Good food and drink also - especially liked the Tater Tots and the Mac N Cheese Bites.

As much fun as you can have on a lawn. Scrumptious cocktails, check. Tasty mini bites of burgers and donuts, check. Outdoor lawn actives indoors away from the heat, bugs, and full of a variety of games, genius. The staff are super friendly and are eager to serve drinks, food, or just go over the rules of the games. And there are a ton of games. Giant basketball pong, frisbee toss while catching a wooden beer bottle, hook and ladder. Each game was fun and brought out the competitiveness between friends. This is the place to go to try new stuff with either your group of friends or as a co-worker's activity.

really fun experience! great for friend groups, family hangouts, even corporate events! the staff were so great and attentive and fun to talk to! the food and drinks were all so good too! love that theres seating around the perimeter of the games so some people can play and some people can chill. one thing id mention is the "garbage can pong game" can get a little scary. our ball kept flinging to the ceiling or another groups area and we felt bad. but otherwise, very very fun!

I found myself at Lawn Club for an after work team building event with my colleagues. I seldom make my way to the South St Seaport, but know that there are several restaurants, shops, and activities to partake in there. Lawn Club seemed like it would fit in well here, and lawn games sounded like a lot of fun so I was looking forward to checking it out. As the name suggests, Lawn Club is a large, indoor space that offers groups the chance to partake in different games usually played on a...lawn. They have a variety of games including bocce, lawn pong (like beer pong but with garbage cans and a basketball), cornhole, croquet, and shuffleboard. The space is done up really nicely - it's extremely spacious with lounge areas, a bar, tables/seats to socialize, and a lot of lawns to play games. We played two games over the course of an hour: bocce and ladders. Both games were fun - one of the staff members walked us through the rules and stayed close by in case we had questions. Additionally, they had a server who took drink orders while they played; drinking is allowed/encouraged while on the lawns, they just don't allow certain drinks that can badly stain the turf like red wine. After the games, we ordered some food; nothing too out of the ordinary here, lots of finger and bar foods such as chicken tenders, chips and guac, mac and cheese balls, and hummus with pita. Service was great - there are a lot of staff members working everywhere, and they all did a great job making sure we were taken care of. Service for the food and drinks were prompt as well, I was impressed. Overall, I had a really fun experience at Lawn Club - it's a unique indoor experience, the vibes were in check, and was a great way to connect with my colleagues outside the office. I would definitely return to play more games.

Came here on a Tuesday afternoon for a holiday work gathering. We had so much fun. its an adult backyard dream with plenty of games, appetizers, drinks and lounging area. The service was really good and they managed to be very attentive despite large groups. Had the lawnitini and it was very tasty. Really good interactive, fun spot for family, work or date night.

Coolest vibe, good food, and total family fun! Really smart to have something so inclusive at the South Street Seaport. This place is great for families on vacation, birthday parties, office outing etc. The space is massive and when I attended a birthday party there, it was quite busy on a Saturday, but never felt overwhelming. Service was great both at the bar and with food. Always happy when the bartenders are versed in the mocktail. The food was really really food. Shrimp skewers were a tasty app and I enjoyed the chicken caesar wrap! A concise and well executed menu gave something for everyone. Courtside, the grounds are well kempt and looks great. All the games were super fun, easy to play, and great for all ages. I appreciated how much of the afternoon was "choose your adventure." Want to hop on the court to play big bucket ball? Sure! Want to grab a diet soda and spectate? Go for it. Really neat place I will absolutely return.

What a fun spot in the city! This place is open late with tons of activities. Personally, I enjoyed a nice game of corn hole out of all the options. Ordered a great amount of appetizers as well. For my drink, I ordered a spicy game changer, which was honestly one of my favorite takes on a spicy margarita. Out of my favorite apps, I really enjoyed the pigs in a blanket and the fries. This place is so spacious and honestly great for a big group of friends to enjoy. They have a decent size menu for both food and drinks with something for everyone to decide. I actually saw quite a few families with children here, so great for the family as well. The employees and really nice and polite. Price wise I think it was $75ish for an hour? Honestly not bad especially if you're booking with a bigger party. Definitely a date night environment. Overall, I would definitely check this place out when I'm back in the city!

What a fun classy spot! Its about $75 an hour for each lawn, but it supports up to 12 people so it's quite cost effective. We did the lawn pong, ladders, cornhole, and croquet. Also try to get some tokens to play the crane machine. Someone in our group actually won a Stanley cup! Great service and I would totally recommend this place for a fun gathering

They had a handful of games to play (regular beer pong, giant beer pong, corn hole, putting pool, and more) and the drinks were amazing.

I recently attended one of their free yoga classes as part of their Winter Fitness program. The space is pretty large and comfortably held the 40 or so attendees the night I attended yoga. We all were informed beforehand to bring our own mats and towels as these would not be provided. The yoga sessions are run by different yoga companies and the one I attended was by Sputnik Yoga and was a silent headphone yoga session. We each were provided, free of charge, headphones to wear during class. This was my first time attending a session like this but had a blast! The headphones took a bit getting used to, but I loved that you could clearly hear the teacher during the class. They also played some cool music while helping to block out all other sounds. This really helped me focus on the movement and the instructions. The class was an open level Vinyasa but the movements and flow were slightly advance. It was quite a workout and I was sweaty by the end. After class, we were each given wipes to sanitize the headphones and our mats. Then we all took selfies in this beautiful space and one final group picture, which they posted on their Instagram account. This was by far the coolest yoga class I've ever taken. I've been telling all of my friends and co-workers about it and have already signed up for some of their upcoming classes. Overlook offers other types of activities like Meditation, Ribbon Dancing, Barre classes and Story time for kids. It is a great place to watch the skaters below and enjoy Bryant Park's free activities. I highly recommend trying them out.

The event location offers sweeping views of the Hudson River, the Vessel, and a good deal of Manhattan and New Jersey's Gold Coast. The areas are supposed to be customizable, and I recently attended a party on the 21st floor. The space was more limited than I had expected, but I think it might have been configured as such. For instance, according to its website, it could fit up to 150 guests for a cocktail party or 20-120 guests for a seated dinner, but this setup held about 60-70 patrons. However, it was able to accommodate a coat check, a bar, a DJ station, a photo booth, and a few couches, while still allowing room for attendees to gather in groups and servers to pass out hors d'oeuvres. The party I attended was catered by Abigail Kirsch, and the food was fabulous in both taste and quantity. So, while the Glasshouse Chelsea is pretty far west and not the most convenient, its ability to set the scene for a great event makes it worth the trip, either as an organizer/planner or as an attendee.
