Over $1,200 sent to the wrong person, documented attempts to recover it, and total silence. Unfortunately, this year I've had to make two separate trips to exchange 3 dead flowers. And as I'm writing this, all 4 of my black petunias that I also purchased have now died. On the morning that my husband and I went, we were the first ones there and as an experienced gardener, I noticed that the flowers were severely overwatered. I should've listened to my gut and not shopped that day. But we did and when we came home to plant our close to $200 worth of flowers we were very concerned about the condition of the flowers in the fact that my husband had to ring out most of them! This kind of overwatering is expected at places like Home Depot and Lowe's but not at a garden center full of supposed gardeners! I am not able to make a third trip anytime soon to exchange my 4 dead black petunias so now I am out about $25 dollars! All 8 flowers that died have all died within seven days!!! On my first trip to exchange the first 2 dead flowers, I was third in line to exchange dead flowers!! The staff called an older gentleman out to approve the exchange, and he looked at the flowers and said "it looks like we overwatered our flowers". You think? Do better Graf's!!
