Pros are they show up on time, cut grass well. Cons are they don't blow all areas they are supposed to and are inflexible on arrival times, showing up at 8am, and unwilling to accommodate a customer's request to come after 9am to avoid waking us up and our neighbors. It also makes it inconvenient to move all of our cars out of our own driveway so early in the morning just to accommodate their schedule. Lost trust in this company early on.

Broke one is an accident I get it, but multiple on both side; it's just beyond words. To top it off they just left all the broken glass and pieces there. I guess you get what you pay for. One time experience and will be our last.
