Everyone here was nice and Laura was my hygienist who did my cleaning and X-rays. She was really kind and friendly. It's cool that they have tvs positioned above you so you can watch Netflix or other shows while you're at your appointment. They also have a portable X-Ray camera, which I've never seen before, and thought that was really cool. Definitely recommend!

After a dental procedure at this clinic and developed a bad infection that went overlooked by the doctor for a month, after "treated" (because of my insistence that something was wrong), I developed persistent numbness and daily pain. I sought a second opinion from a specialist, who informed me that I had sustained significant nerve damage. According to the specialist, recovery could take between one and one-and-a-half years, if it occurs at all. I continue to experience pain and numbness every day. What has made this experience even more disappointing is that my dental treatment was never completed, but still they are charging me for the whole treatment. I have been left needing additional treatment from another provider because I no longer feel safe returning to this clinic. I attempted to resolve this matter directly and privately with the clinic by requesting reimbursement and compensation for the injury and the unfinished treatment. Unfortunately, after our communication, the clinic stopped responding to my requests, leaving me with no meaningful way to resolve the situation. As a result, I am now consulting with an attorney to pursue my legal options. I am also considering filing complaints with the appropriate regulatory and consumer protection agencies. This experience has caused me physical pain, emotional distress, lost work time, additional medical expenses, and significant disruption to my daily life. The dentist at Jefferson was not comparable. She makes a conscious choice to be condescending and arrogant with a smile. Both crown attached with no issues, but because of me not having them replaced quickly enough, created some issues. She did little to no adjustments and acted as if I did not grasp what I was feeling in my mouth when I chewed. She listened to respond and dismissed my issues. I gave her 2 chances to be a professional and actually address my issues. Speaking to me in a condescending manner was not it. Not making the adjustments to ensure i was a satisfied customer shows her lack of regard for me as a patient and a person. I am going on a cruise and typing this from the ship. I went to her with the issues i had and she really made no adjustments. The teeth that are opposite of the crown needed to be adjusted. Something she did not want to do. She did however express to me that i will get used to it. This condescending manner more than anything angered me so much that i had to give this review. I will say that the office staff were excellent when I dealt with them. They were friendly, proficient and professional. They are the only reason I gave this office 2 stars.
