He made sarcastic comments about my families medical history, and interpersonal issues, that were highly triggering and upsetting. For a first impression it was pretty jarring. He knew things about my family, that I hadnt discussed with him myself, and for him to bring them up with lack of consideration for my feelings on our first meeting... It felt invasive, unprofessional, inappropriate, insensitive and out of bounds. I felt super uncomfortable, and violated and was shaking when I left. I haven't been back since the first visit. The office hours make it pretty hard to make appointments, and the behavior of the woman at the front desk is highly unpleasant - she was awfully rude whenever I inquired about refills on medication or to make appointments. I went once and never went back. Horrible, and traumatic experience.

They also told me to fast just in case they drew blood so it was nice to speed things up. I was running a few minutes late so I called to let them know and they were great about it and still welcomed me in. Forms were short and easy. Dr asked questions about my lifestyle and relaxed me a bit with easy conversations as I get nervous at Doctors offices. I'm new to the area so he recommended other practices (dentist & obgyn). His staff was very friendly and gave me the cool places to eat around town. They really have a family type of atmosphere. Dr. Victoria Liu was extremely professional and consulted a local pharmacy on my behalf as CVS could not approve my prescription using my company's insurance during weekends. However, the local pharmacy (Roseview Pharmacy) that works with Excelsior Integrated Medical Group came to the rescue and was able to deliver it the same day that evening. I am highly satisfied with Excelsior Integrated Medical Group's service and care, and will support them as my primary care going forward. Their office experience was also quite nice as it looks new. 10/10 recommend.

They wouldn't schedule anything until the coverage was set in stone, but when my insurance gave me trouble I was harassed over the phone by the manager twice, once while I was driving in rush hour traffic and could have crashed. My insurance has been investigated as they are unprofessional and cheat their clientele, but this office didn't seem to care and said regardless I was responsible for close to $20,000 for a procedure I didn't even need. Thankfully the hospital I went to worked with me and lowered the costs to a minimum, but this office staff was ruthless and should be fired for the way they treat their clients!

She is not one of the doctors who sees a patient for five minutes and then rushes them out the door. She really takes her time to listen to her patient's concerns, to double check things for herself in addition to going over test results with the patient in person. This leads to the only dilemma of the office, all the doctors are like that so if you expect a quick wait you will be disappointed. Schedule a visit on a day when you don't have work because you will be waiting between one and two hours after your original appointment time. This is because she as well as the other two doctors here really take the time with their patients. Trust me, it is worth the wait.
