I end up getting the filing done, and GUESS WHAT? I'm paying over 100 dollars for both. My wife, who asks a lot of questions, looked more into it. I think called Cigna, who said this office isn't in network, when on their website they are, lol. I called Jeff Commons, they claim to be in network, but the woman I spoke to told me Cigna downgraded the coverage for Composite, and would only pay for Amalgam. I then find out the Dr.Deborah Rodighiero ISN'T EVEN IN NETWORK! Now, I'm stuck with an addition 200 plus dollar bill on top of the over 100 I paid for. This is unacceptable. I have extremely sensitive teeth that usually required injections before they could be cleaned. But Collette actually had plastic tools for sensitive teeth. This was the first cleaning in 15 years that I did without numbing! Very social office, felt like I had been a client for years. Dr. Pendleton was very thorough, pointed out a few "trouble spots" that my CA dentist has had a watch on for years, and he agreed to keep watching them instead of pressure to get "extra" work done. This is a small independant office that I would highly recommend over the corporate practices.

Dr. Music personally told me he would never make any money if he could only get what insurance paid.

While I was still numb from the filling, the dental assistant accidentally hit my veneer with the suction tool. I immediately said out loud, "Man, it felt like my tooth broke." They brushed it off and finished the procedure. Then I was taken to the hygienist down the hall. She was extremely rough, even after I told her my teeth were hurting and I was still numb. The next day, I noticed two of my veneers were chipped--veneers I had just recently paid to have done. I called the office right away and was scheduled to come back the following week. But the dentist I saw wasn't the owner and couldn't make any decisions. Instead of accountability, he tried to place the blame on something I ate. No real assessment, no responsibility, no solution. The way this situation was handled was both incompetent and unethical. I was dismissed and made to feel like my concerns didn't matter. When a patient speaks up in real-time and follows up respectfully, there should be some level of care and ownership--especially in a cosmetic practice. Instead, I was met with denial and deflection. If you value your smile and expect professional care, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere.

I was dr Tran's patient since then she started this office, she was used to be more concerned with…read morethe patient's satisfaction and being on top of any issues but since last few years she hardly comes in and check the concerns and care about quality of work. She hardly stays in the room for a minute and make her staff to work the rest and by herself start working on the other client. Everyone needs more money but not giving proper attention to patient is not acceptable. Well recently I had the service done by her, I have crowned my teeth my front teeth have a bridge that came off I got appointment with her to get fixed she hardly works 5 minutes on me , didn't clean the bridge or my teeth and just glue it back and charged $440 for less than five minutes service. Apparently that was a mistake she had done and after a month that bridge came off again I came to get it checked then she said because of some gaps in between the bridge and natural tooth some bacterial infection happened so my tooth had been broken and have a big cavity underneath. She told her assistant to put that bridge back and give me estimate for the repair of $5000 as soon but since she has vacation and none working days so they gave me 3 weeks later appointment. The bridge when assistant put it back it was not even sitting on my teeth because of broken piece in then assistant told the Dr about it but didn't even give a second look and tried to fix properly with temporary bond she told me might be it will come off in a day but something from over the counter I can buy and use in the meantime and Waite for my appointment in 3 weeks. The next day it came off as she knew that it would be well I called the office if she can accommodate me in because it is emergency and can't wait for that long since I have been her patient since last 15 plus years and spent a lot of money every year including my whole family but Katelin replied back so rudely and said that she can't accommodate at all regardless. The worst worsted experience I had from her and by her staff. It was very frustrating and very unprofessional by her. I will never going back to her and neither my family. They had months to get the total insurance coverage to get the final price. At each visit I paid the amount I was told was due. Weeks after the work was completed they sent me an additional bill. I have never seen a dentist that didn't find out early on exactly what the insurance would pay.

Then when I requested my X-rays she sent me X-rays the size of 1/4 inch on a email. Very unprofessional. $ is their priority over patient.
