Everything was explained in detail and I was informed on what is needed and what would be preventative including a service plan. I know that it would likely be in my best interest but since we are selling our property in the near future I explained why I didn't want one. The company went over and above to accommodate me with an issue with the troubleshooting charge and completed to get my business. The tech was very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. I was able to get high level service and just wanted I needed to make things right.

We did have a hiccup, spent 3 days & nights in the heat with no air after service due to AA Attendant they were not getting our messages (lady in office out sick) but, AA was saying they would be here between certain hours, someone would call us, etc. On day 3 my husband was there when the owner came in and he was completely unaware. He sent someone that day. I will say we are nice and cool now and it was just a random issue nothing serious, took 5 mins to fix. I would like to thank the Owner for being a true stand up business man and making it right for us as a consumer. His technician came both visits and was a very nice young man.
