If I can give this place Zero Stars I promise you I would. My wife and I visited this place through recommendation and soon as we got there we were met with no parking! We had to park across the street and walk to to the dispensary. As we sat in our car we saw a lady sitting in her car smoking weed, and how shocking that this was the same lady who ended up helping us when we went inside 30 minutes later!! Apparently she was on her break and smoking. When we went inside she seemed careless about things when we were asking her questions and at the same time she was so high it was ridiculous. I think it's cool to work at dispensary but when all of your employees are high as fuck it's ridiculous. Why!? Feels like they are building up some kinda data base. I wish this place the best, the staff is amazing. Overall pretty solid and will return. Pretty standard dispensary. I haven't been to many, maybe 5? Was small but not too crowded, people coming and going. Cane in a Friday night about 6pm. Selection is decent, includes flower, edibles, resin, and prob concentrate but I didn't inquire about the latter. Prices are little high, but can still find decent prices if you go with less expensive stuff. Place is cash only, but there's an atm inside. I was specifically looking for edibles, picked up sour belts for $20. Comes with 10pcs, 10mg each. I really liked it, and will likely go back to get more when I'm out. I ate whole belt and 1.5hrs later started to feel it. Was really good for 2hrs then it got a little more than I planned, which was fine but I didn't want to be that stoned. But I'm a long time smoker and it was fine. I just couldn't get as much done. That last maybe another 2hrs. Watched some Peaky Blinders and had a really great time. Next time will do half a belt. I also picked up resin for my vape but haven't tried yet. read more

Don't go. Got a simple (but overpriced) pre-roll that was packed too tight, had a hole in it, a stick, a stem, AND A SEED. Called and received terrible customer service only to be told I couldn't get a refund because it was lit (which mine you, DUH how would I else would I find out it was packed too tight) but instead drive allllll the way back to most likely receive the same poor product. Parking is out front on the street. You will have to show your I.D. and they check the birth date. When you go in the back most are helpful, we made a choice to buy things to help with pain for Mom who is 84 and her new P.A. Won't write a opioid (light one) because Mom has bad arthritis in her knees, her knees are pretty destroyed and so painful. The medical industry is failing our old people. The kid who helped us was pretty high so making her understand what we needed took some time. This was clean and cared for place, cash only and they will charge 34% tax. We got 2 tinctures, 2 pain rubs and 2 gummies for $232.00. Cheaper in Vegas but you save the drive and the gas money so cost would probably the same. We're glad we went. read more

I suppose it is my fault for picking probably the most touristy location for a weed shop; right next to LAX. The bud tender was the worst I had ever purchased from. I told her I was looking for a balanced hybrid and with no discussion she reached in the cabinet, grabbed a jar and just walked over to the register. Evidently, they only sell one strain in the store that matches that description. It's not like she was busy, the only people in the place were the employees. The flower she picked was the weakest weed I have smoked in a few years. A gram of the dirt weed plus a $10 chillum (wtf?) set me back $30. This is my go to shop since moving to south bay, since the shops near gardena and compton are ghetto and quite scary. 3 stars only because of pricing (PERSONAL REASON), only because im used to my noho shops of 30 cap all day. 2 for 30 is crazy, and paying 50-70$ an 8th is crazy. Im used to 8-10$ g's of amazing beauty, but cant hate. Other items like edibles may be a dollar or couple more than others. I've come here quite a few times for meds, and although their quality is reliably good, their prices are RIDICULOUS! You call yourselves a collective, but give little to no discounts whatsoever when a patient is donating for a 1/4, 1/2, or oz. To my own fault, I've spent thousands of dollars here due to the abundance of good quality. Now I've come to feel like I'd rather buy 6 grams each of a different type @90 than the 1/4 @100. They need to work on that, & their service. A few of their employees I've noticed weigh grams to 0.9 barely teetering on the 1.0 scale. I mean come on!? If you're going to charge retail prices the least you could do is 1.0-1.1 on the scale.. There's other quality spots in Marina, Venice, Culver, West LA, etc that hook up 1.2 per gram, 1/8s for 45, and further discounts the more you spend. I come here cause it's the most conveniently located, but after this experience today when he weighed a few of my grams @0.9 and I spoke up and he gave me grief for it, I will be looking elsewhere. The strains aren't THAT good. In fact, I wasn't even going to post this review until now when I popped open the LAX Afghan, & there were seeds throughout the entire nug! And that's a strain they put their name on? Sigh.. There's a new dispensary that just opened up nearby, gonna try that one next. Thanks for providing quality medicine 90% of the time (1 star), but really needs to work on taking better care of your loyal customers & quality checking your meds for seeds.. Bought a defective select elite cartridge-After vaping about 3/4 of the cartridge, it stopped hitting. I called the shop and, after being offered basic maintenance and troubleshooting advice, I was told to bring it in. When I get there The counter girl takes my battery and cartridge to "be tested". She emerges about 15 minutes later to finally tell me both the cartridge AND battery were defective. I tell her the battery was fine-I used it right before I came with a different cartridge (of the same brand) She remains adamant that the battery is broken and even claims they tried using several different cartridges on that battery and none of them worked. Complete boldfaced lie - The battery works like a champ. Anyways, she seems annoyed and disappears into the back again. A few minutes later, some tall dude comes out &claims that they can't return it since less than 20% of the cartridge is left. At this point that's not even the issue. I didn't expect a freebie; just a solution. Its obvious these people are lying. This new guy can't even offer ANY type of explanation why the cartridge has stopped working but also can't/won't do anything about it... Why dafuq did I waste time coming in? How do they measure how much has been used? Why did they claim the battery was broken when it's working just fine as I type this? Terrible experience at this place today. Weedmaps reviews show compelling evidence that they sold possibly fake Kingpen cartridges and I've never had a problem with a select elite before I bought one here... DO NOT GO TO LAX CC 21. I've been here a couple of times. Call in advance because they are picky about your paperwork; just make sure you have what they want before making the trek. Once inside, there's a nice selection of bud and oils. The staff are generally very good and friendly. I even went three minutes before closing one time and they let me in. They have a lot of different types of herb to choose from with prices ranging from the usual top shelf cost to more budget-friendly prices (which is awesome if you're on a tight budget but still need your medication)..and it's ALL fresh! I've never received anything dried out, regardless of how little I paid! The oooonly thing I can say they should improve upon is their selection/variety of edibles. They had plenty of medicated candies to choose from but only had one type of "baked" treat for sale the last time I went (almost 2 weeks ago) and it wasn't that great..Oreo cookie covered in medicated chocolate..mehh. Matt J. is correct, they don't give the full g. Plus, they mislead on the strains. So, if you have to go to this outfit, research their menu beforehand. I wanted a hybrid and a sativa, and according to their board I got one of each. However, after I got home and looked up my picks on Leafly, their "sativa" strain was categorized as a sativa-dominant hybrid. Note to sellers: a sativa or indica-dominant hybrid is STILL a hybrid. I will neither confirm or deny that I am a customer of LAXCC. What I will say is this, they take terrific care of their storefront, always keep it clean and should be considered a solid and positive contributing member of the Westchester business community. While many of the other businesses on Lincoln Boulevard refuse or neglect to keep their storefronts tidy and attractive, each of the several dispensaries on the block are excellent examples of businesses that take pride in the way that they present themselves. Regardless of how you feel about medical marijuana dispensaries, it's hard not to acknowledge that these businesses are good for the storefront presentation quality of the neighborhood. I've been to this place off and on for the past 6 years. Management never stay the same. This last time I went was not a great experience at all. I was just there about 3 months ago but I had to fill out a form like I'm a new patient. I mentioned since Im filling out a form shouldn't I get a perk for a first time patient. They told me they ran out of perks. Ok now I know I'm not spending a great deal of cash in here. Let me get a quarter and get out. Prices are $10.00 higher than I previously went but the quality is top notch. The lady at the desk had a fake smile like she didn't want to be bothered. So I go in the guy says what do you want. At this point I was about to walk out but I bought a quater of Kosher Kush. Very good strain and fresh product.
