After much discussion, they decided to give me the same vape as an exchange and I was told to try out all of the vapes that I bought in front of them before leaving the store so that I would not have this problem again. I tried five vapes in front of them, and none of them worked. They refused to refund my money because I paid with a debit card, and instead gave me one single vape pen of a different brand that I did not like or want and rushed me out of the store.
