Today's visit was everything my prior experiences weren't. Instead of only 1 employee working, Labcorp had 3 workers. Instead of 12 million patients crowding inside the waiting room and spilling out outside the door in the hallway, I was the only patient in the room. Instead of arriving early and being seen late, as soon as I arrived (prior to appointment time) they took me in right away, and I was out of there before my scheduled appointment. Amazing. I get blood draws about 4 times each year, and I shall never return to Labcorp's competitor. I should've switched over to Labcorp years ago. I made a mistake staying with the other company, out of loyalty.

It would be impossible to get a lab draw from him outside the house without sedation. And sedation is far from easy as well. My son needs lab work every 6 months to monitor since he is on multiple meds and we would not be able to do this if it weren't for her. Sherrell comes to our house, understands our situation, and manages to get blood from him and does it all calmly and safely. I believe she is based far away from us (we're in the valley) and she comes early in the morning anyway so that we can try to get him before he starts eating because we need fasting blood work. I took the time to write this because we have so much gratitude for this service.
