She conducted this conversation in the middle of the room with six or eight people behind me. I felt pretty awkward and embarrassed. She could have taken me in one of the cubicles to withdrawn my blood and discuss the function of this kit. Instead, she took the next person in line and I waited for another phlebotomist to withdrawal my blood. The first phlebotomist professionalism and etiquette was awful.
