On top of that, they add 20% gratuity to all of our trips despite their policy saying it can be removed upon request. On a single trip they paid themselves $800 in gratuity alone despite being asked to remove automatic gratuity from our business account. They also overcharge us EVERY SINGLE TIME. We'll get a quote online for around $300 & by the time the final invoice comes around it's almost double the price tacked with undisclosed fees, an increased flat rate, unauthorized gratuity, and sometimes multiple fuel surcharges. They don't follow legal business practices & are overall SCAMMERS. The pictures are emails addressing all my concerns that went ignored for WEEKS.
