Unfortunately, Pabi is no longer here. I had a trip in August and she wasn't there anymore but they kept telling us she was on vacation so we kept going back every other week to see if she was back. Until I came here and read the owners comments that Pabi is no longer working here. Their mistake was always relying on Pabi, she was there all of the time and she was amazing. Now they don't have a good or equal replacement. They also have an older lady; who was there when Pabi wasn't and I made the mistake of doing my eyebrows with her. She actually cut my eyelid. That has never happened to me before! So never again with her and she's one of the ladies left here. Beware. I decided to give the new girl a try, but I did not like how they came out, and neither did my daughter. She also takes forever. I am now on the search for a new eyebrow spot.

I normally get my eyebrows and upper lip threaded. Recently however I discovered that they offer brazilian waxes at such an affordable price and have since had two appointments. I have been getting waxes for 2 years but this is now my new go-to spot. Divya is so kind and such a professional. She makes you feel very comfortable and makes the process as smooth as possible. I called requesting a same day appoint and Divya literally came in on her day off (on her birthday too) because she heard I was going on vacation and wanted to help a girl out. Plenty of parking as well Staff were nice and welcoming I only take away a star because she didn't apply the aloe afterwards like the other locations. At my last visit which was 8/23/25 Rita did my brows and the first thing I asked for was "please don't leave them thin, only clean up" ..well she did the exact OPPOSITE of what I asked for when I seen my brows I almost wanted to cry (see pics of before and after attached ) Rita not only left my brows super THIN, she also messed up the shape and they are uneven. When I expressed how unhappy I was with the service she said "okay only pay me $5" I told her I didn't feel like I should pay at all and then she THREATENED to call the cops. I ended up paying her the full amount $10 because that wasn't the point , I just want to make it very clear I was not trying to get a discount or anything I was truly UNSATISFIED with her work. She didn't even apologize throughout our interaction all she offered was for me to go back next week so she can fix it.. WITH WHAT BROWS am I supposed to come back !!!?!!?!?! The place is almost always busy, which makes sense because they do solid threading plus facials and waxing too. You'll see moms with their daughters, couples getting services, and people chatting with Fami like they've known her for years. It has a really nice, friendly family vibe.
