The shop sign says open 10-7, it's 10:15 am and I've been waiting. I came here because the girl that works here is really great, but I have a very limited time frame to get my eyebrows done, and I've just wasted 15 min. Waiting for the doors to open. If you put up store hours, be mindful of your clients time. read more

The lady was super quick but did the job well. It was only $5. Read somewhere it was $5 on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. They should have a sign because that would definitely get me to come in. My favorite part after her getting rid of my caterpillars was the fact that she gently massaged my eyebrows with a tissue and gel. My skin is extremely sensitive, so the skin around my eyebrows will thank her later. read more

My review has been updated because the lady is so nice, quick yet detailed and it usually pretty quick even if there are a couple of people ahead of you. Last time I was upset since I came and it was closed when it was supposed to open so of course I was not having it. The prices are great, and the place is clean. read more

This lady refuses to clean my eyelid even after I have shown her some hair. She says, "it can cut your skin." Fine. Then I showed her other areas that have hair. She replied " oh I didn't see it." She also said, " I'll try to do it. But if I don't get it it's not my problem." I then told her that it's not acceptable to provide this type of service. That I will also be doing in review here at Yelp. She replied it doesn't matter to me. Do not go to this place at any cost. It'll be a waste of your time. This explains why this woman has no customer. read more

This review is long overdue. I've been coming here for approaching a couple years for eyebrow and lip threading (also full face once). The owner is an eyebrow master and she is so reasonably priced (too reasonable). My eyebrows are not symmetrical so very difficult for me to do myself. I've paid a lot for eyebrows in the past but my brows look the best they've ever looked since coming here! I highly recommend. read more

OMG!! I've been in search for a good place to get my eyebrows done since I moved done to sobay from oc! I've been to SEVERAL places out here and this place is the absolute best!! The eyebrow massage after makes the experience even more pleasant! I recommend to anyone new to threading and to ppl looking for a great place to have their brows maintained! FIRST TIME HERE && i Love it! Judy was super nice and so sweet. The Location is really nice and convenient. Great parking and Clean inside. Ive been doing threading for more then 5 years and I can tell the difference between good and bad threading service. Judy made it soo quick, painless, and extremely efficient with getting all the hairs out even the small hard to see ones. I love how my eyebrows came out too! plus when you're all done, Judy will relax you with an awesome face massage! I definitely will be back to see Judy and this is definitely my new go to spot!! read more

This fairly new business has been here for about a year now, and definitely thought this spot deserved a review. I had been in search for an threading place that listened to what I wanted, most places thinned out my eyebrows and didn't do a very good job, but here this lady will listen to what you say and will do a hell of a job at it. Tuesday's & Wednesday's she charges $4.99, for every ten stamps you receive you will get your eyebrows done for FREE! She also provides great customer service, such a good person. read more

You get what you pay for... this was my first and last time visiting this place. First of, the woman who helped me was not very welcoming. I felt like turning around but I decided to give them a try. Well, big mistake!!!! I had been growing out my eyebrows and the lady messed up my shape and thickness! I told her specifically what I wanted and I got nothing close!!! Now, my eyebrows are uneven and short length!! Super disappointed!!!! read more
