The place was beautiful on the inside walking in! The receptionist on Saturday (two weeks ago) was so lovely and helpful! I was extremely nervous and had Jasmine as my person to do my liquid rhinoplasty. The difference is incredible I feel my confidence building. Swelling will happen and it didn't fully calm down until a week which is fine I was aware this was gonna happen. She lifted my tip and made it so beautiful, I'm so happy. It's more cost effective than surgery and I always wanted to see how my nose would look without it being permanent. She was super attentive especially the second time around (follow up) and made me feel really comfortable. I would give more stars if it was not for the sticker shock - yes I blame myself for it . If you go in for Botox give ithem a limit . For example my face takes usually 30 units , I didn't say anything , i just let them do it , however I did add bunny lines and smoker lines . She did maximum 4 pokes for each .( total of 8). And they were light pokes . Anyways , she says 68 units total ! There's no way in the world my face took 68 units .. if it did , I'm guaranteed to look like a frozen clown in a few days . On top of it , they ask for a tip and the minimum tip was $215. Are you kidding me. I paid $1,000 for the entire service, and gave $25. Tip . I'm not a cheapskate, I'm reasonable- . I plan to go the extra mile and return to my Dr in Beverly Hills where it's more affordable and no tip expected . When did Ithat ever become a thing anyways? They take your money and ignore you. I got lip fillers and got terrible results with clumps and unevenness. I had to go somewhere else to get it fix and they were surprised how terrible the fillers were. They asked if they were even qualified to do fillers. I really like their work as seen on social media so I tried them for a second time hoping for better results, mistake! I now have a crease on my lip because the fillers were applied unevenly. I reached out to let them know I was unhappy with my results and got left on "read". They don't care if you're unhappy with your results and now I'm going to have to pay someone else to get it fixed. So unprofessional, but what can one expect from such service. The crease was never there and it was NEVER discussed with me. The picture I posted was 2 weeks after the fillers. I have attached a before picture to compare the "crease I already had". After much consideration I was not going to drive out of town to simply meet with the NP and out of fear I chose not to go back to you guys. read more

Made an appointment for upper lip and full bikini laser hair removal. I've gotten lasered for about a year before this and came in for a touch up. First, I want to point out that there is no mask enforcement at all. There's a sign outside that says "Masks Required" but the front desk lady that checked me in didn't have a mask on the entire time I was there. I was surprised to see her without one on and thought she just had a sip of her drink or a snack. But nope, from the start to the end of my visit, no mask in sight. While I was checking in, three other customers also entered, unmasked, without a problem. So there I was, stuck in the lobby with four unmasked people. I was already uncomfortable but I couldn't cancel while I was because I'd get charged. Now the actual lasering service - it was a painful, as expected, but when I left my bikini area continued to burn in a way I've never felt before. It literally felt like the entire area was on fire. I thought maybe it was temporary. But later when I got home I started having pains in localized areas around my bikini area and realized I had multiple, tiny burns all around. A day later, some parts have scabbed and others opened up. I've never experienced that in the whole year I've gotten lasered so I'm assuming the nurse used too much power on me. Now I complained about my results from the lasering and requested a refund. Thankfully they granted me that but another issue I had was how much they lagged with responding. They recommended I use a scrub for the area and when I asked when I can pick it up, no one was responding. There were a couple of times I never received an email back so I had to call the front desk to follow up. By the time I picked up the scrub my bikini area was already healed. If they were better at communicating maybe I could've actually used the scrub and not wasted my time driving over here again for nothing. I will not be a returning customer for this place. I'd rather get lasered at a place that doesn't cause me harm and where I won't possibly get COVID from the lack of mask enforcement. read more

The reason I'm giving two star and not a one star is because their customer service is pretty good .... I went there for the first time to do my lips came home and honestly didn't see any results at all whatsoever and I put in 1 full syringe I let them know and they were OK with me coming to get a free Touch up but again when I came she tried to convince me to pay $350 I had told her that I just want the free touch up that they offered me... again that day I came home and no difference at all. I showed all my friends and clients everybody said that it didn't look like I did anything. So honestly I would check their products because maybe they are watering it down it cannot be that I don't see any difference at all whatsoever.
