I cannot be more thankful to NP Rita for fixing my lips that were messed up by some other nurse injector. Long story short, filler that was injected by some other nurse migrated beyond my upper lip and created "mustache" ‍ I was told that overtime it's gonna go away and I spent 1,5 years continuing going to the same place injecting the same filler with the same nurse hoping that it will get better. And then I saw on Instagram Lazer Lounge. I went on their page to see what they do to their client and OMG!!! I was surprised how well educated they are and all those different techniques that they use I fell in love! I did more research, started comparing other med spa places and nurses and really didn't find anyone better then Rita! I traveled all the way from Sacramento and it's so worth it! This is going to be 100% not my last visit. Nurse Rita has my trust forever!!! Ohh and how she was transparent with me!!! She saw how I was scared of the dissolving procedure so she walked me through every step of it. She truly cared not about my lips but that emotional state and found a way to calm me down:) The actual procedure of dissolving took less then 5mins plus about 15mins for numbing the lip:) I honestly cannot wait to come back to her for the next session of my lips correction! As someone who has had good and bad experiences with lip augmentations, I can honestly say I had been avoiding doing anymore needle fillers; as it is important to find a really good person who knows what they are doing and knows how to get the desired look you want. Rita did just that! My mother in law found them on Instagram and we liked their work. So we called on a Saturday evening for information regarding their specials and to gain more information about whether we would be able to book an appointment as me and my mother In law had previously had work done months ago somewhere else. The girl who answered the phone was very helpful and made sure to answer our questions thoroughly. She concluded that an in person consultation would be best, and we were fortunate to get a same day consultation on a Saturday at 2:30pm. We drove from from almost an hour away and arrived around 2pm. Upon arrival we signed forms, and we did wait a while before being seen, but we understood they had made a time slot for us to be seen and waited patiently. We were then seen by Rita who was very helpful and nice! We had told her we were interested in the Russian lips, and she concluded she would be able to do the procedure on both of us. She was able to do both of our lips quickly and efficiently. You could tell she knew what she was doing. After the procedure, she explained while we were looking at a mirror what she had done. For me, I had some product from before that made the top of my lip have a small bump look at the bottom, so she corrected that by adding product to to other side. Of course she discussed that my lips are swollen due to the procedure, but that after the swelling goes down; if I felt she needed to add a bit more to the other side or any tiny adjustment; we could call and she would do just that! Talk about finding a good injector who not only values their customers, but values their work! I will definitely be coming back here. Also, it is the day after I got the fillers and I feel the product but I have yet to feel lumps and don't feel much soreness! I'll will update later on with the ending results. So thoughtful. I arrived 15 min late and they accepted me right away. Don't go here. They permanently burnt my neck and face and then took zero accountability. It's been a year and I've seen multiple derms. All I paid for because lazer lounge refused to take accountability. I'm thousands of dollars in dr visit is and treatments and I have permanent scaring. Every dr I've seen has said it was the technicians bad usage of the lazer and that lazer lounge should pay to fix the issues. Which they refuse to do. They are not qualified for the treatments they offer. One year later and I'm still dealing with the downfall. I cant go outside. I cant not wear make up. I cant hike like I used to. It's been awful. Stressful and really depressing to deal with. Go to a proper derm and get laser treatments not this dump. There's a reason why it's so discounted. Bc they aren't qualified! read more

Terrible!! I did morpheus 8 on my face and now I have more holes and scars on my face. The nurse didn't even see my face prior to treatment for a consultation and the receptionist applied the numb cream for this . That should've been a red flag. They just took my money and messed up my face. There are tiny holes/pin pricks all over face 4 weeks after microneedling. They are not sun / pigmentation marks. I followed all after care instructions correctly. One thing I'm thinking is that I was a little run down when I had the treatment and my body couldn't repair properly after? Or needle length too long. Looks like open pores but it's not in the areas she avoided and I never had open pores. Will my skin go back to smooth like before? Will the pin holes go? read more
