The restaurant is clean and the employees are very pleasant. Jolene was our waitress, and she was very attentive and friendly. I ordered a half pound shrimp and no head, 3 eggs, a potato and corn. My husband ordered Combo A, which is sausage, a half pound of snow crab legs, half pound of shrimp with no head, corn and a potato. The Service was great! Jeremy the Manager was AWFUL; rude and disrespectful. He yelled, "we closed...let's go" and started laughing. The music was SO loud. We asked twice for them to lower the volume. We were literally YELLING at each other to talk. I put napkins in my ears---all of 10 people in the restaurant. This was our FIRST and LAST time. The opposite of lazy! Service was stellar from entry to exit! Parking lot had ample parking, gratis, and no wait to be seated even though we went last Saturday evening @ 7:30. Our server Kelvin was pleasant and greeted us upon being seated. He advised on specials and took our drink orders as we explored menu. Seafood was paramount as expected - appetizers, in meals, select own combos and fried. There was also wings and other items offered. We selected combos, dungeoness crabs and shrimp with no heads for me and snow crabs, headless shrimp and extra eggs for my companion. Combinations come with a potato and corn and choice of sauce. Selected the lazy crab sauce which was a garlic- Cajun mixture in a medium version. Hot was selected by my companion with same mixture. Food came up quickly and was very good. It was my first time trying a seafood joint in ATL. I was thinking it wouldn't be that good or fresh. I was fooled. Ahh man this place is a vibe. The music, service, the waiters, or waitresses were a hit too. They are easy on the eyes. The good superbly cooked to the best taste ever. i had a eggs, Shrimp, and snore crab legs with red potatoes. It was so damn good. The drinks, they are too die for. Those drinks were made to perfection. The only fault I saw was that crowd. If it would've been more ppl I would've definitely given it all 5 . I ordered a #1 comb add black mussels with the house seasoning. They give you so much food in your boil. The adults drinks were reasonably priced and worth every cent! Wayyyyyyyy better than the other crab in a bag place. As soon as we walked in we were greeted with smiles. Like EVERYONE was smiling. The ratings for this restaurant appear to be low due to the service quality but i must say...Sam Bam & whoever the other chick was that served our party of 16 last night did their thing. Our drinks never got empty, our food came out hot, and the personality of both the ladies was absolutely phenomenal. We are not from Georgia and we originally wanted to go to another restaurant and opted to try out Lazy Crab since the other places wouldn't seat us. Nasty. The lemon pepper sauce doesn't have a single speck of pepper and literally tastes exactly like vinegar and lemons - nothing else. It even smells like vinegar. I will say the crab legs are a nice size, and meaty. So maybe try a different sauce. Nah eff that. It's disgusting. The Philly cheesesteak rolls taste like fatty meat in an egg roll wrapper. I came here tonight instead of Juicy Crab and that was a mistake. My food was not up to par. I ordered my boil with Medium heat and it was lacking the heat. I ordered a drink and was unable to drink it due to a dirty napkin being accidentally thrown in it(missed bucket on table). I explained to my waitress and asked for another drink and she came back to inform me that I could not receive another drink to replace the one with the dirty napkin sitting in it and I still had to pay for it even though I didn't drink it. Although it is on me the customer to check my order before I leave, the one time I was to TIRED it cost me. First my order was wrong!! I specifically asked..ASKED and said please n ty twice for my sauce to be on side..IT WAS NOT!! I asked for 2 sides of sweet potato fries with my tilapia n shrimp, I received 2 sides of rice. Whoever cooked the fish last night on Sept 26th needs extra training. My fish was fried so crispy, the meat was fried OUT‼‼ It was greasy n burnt. My 1 plate with tilapia and fries the fries were OLD. I admit and take like a 3rd of the responsibility for not checking my order and getting a recook immediately but I also blame the establishment for just throwing my order together..cuz this meal definitely was NOT cooked with love..and I had to go back out and purchase another meal because this was a huge DISAPPOINTMENT.
