My best option was sitting at the end of a row of booths which put me pretty much close to the door on a rather chilly day. The employee working was super quiet but friendly and helpful. I ordered two chocolate frosted donuts, they have donuts, and I was honestly a bit stunned they were only $2 total. They do have higher-priced items, of course. The donuts were fresh and delicious and definitely hit the spot on a rainy, dreary day here in Indy. I appreciated that the doors were automatic doors and that there was accessible parking directly in front of the entrance. I also appreciated being able to check out Needler's, though to grab a cart you do have to go down to the Needler's entrance.
