When we made the reservation, we were told our 2 dogs would share a kennel. This was our preference. When we went to drop them off they told us they would be staying in separate kennels on opposite sides of the facility. We asked for the dogs to stay together and they told us that couldn't happen. Our dogs stayed for 2 days. After we picked them up, they were sick for the next week. We will not be bringing our dogs back. read more

Dear PetAgree management: You cannot buy positive reviews per the flyer handed out at completion of service. What is a positive review? If I were a business owner I would want honest reviews so that I could make improvements where needed. Review: I called to schedule our long haired cat to get trimmed. I told them he is feisty, and wanted to know how they would handle it. We have never had him groomed before, so I knew nothing about the process, charges, etc. We scheduled one week out so we could have time to test the sedative prior to Grooming. I was told the pricing starts at $40 but they give $10 off for first timers. My son dropped took him for the appointment while I was at work. This was not understood. Since we were not told, and had never done it before, we were surprised about the drop off, as we thought you would just wait. This is very important when planning one's day! My son went back at the agreed upon time. The cat was presented in the carrier so he never was shown the result. He paid and was given this flyer. I may go back, because the trimming is really well done. Cat was bathed and nails trimmed: two unexpected and pleasant parts of the service. It's interesting to me that PetAgree is in the business of providing services, and their service lacks professionalism. I can't speak about friendliness or cleanliness as I was not the person on site. I only scheduled and paid. I would suggest that newbies ask what to expect, rather than assuming you may be told. read more

Our fuzzy children stayed at PetAgree (Brownsburg location) over the Labor day holiday, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. Our little lady, a rescue pup, is sometimes a little aggressive with other dogs, but the staff at PetAgree introduced her slowly to her co-guests, and she behaved beautifully. When we picked our pups up after our trip, they were pleased to see us, but not particularly bursting at the seams to leave. They also slept very well the night they came home, suggesting they played hard during the day. Some of the perks: -PetAgree supplies Iams dog food, or you can choose to provide your own. -Bowls and beds are provided. -If you have two dogs boarding they can stay in the same kennel for a discount of $10 per dog per night. -For first timers, a free day of daycare is included so your pup can try it out before spending the night. I went to Florida and keep my dogs here. I will just list the issues I had 1. Lost contract of my dogs getting boarded 2. Lost shot records the day before. 3. Office manager stating that my dogs and a smaller dog that they know and was also being boarded could not play together because of a size difference. 4. The smaller dog could not stay in a kennel by the my dogs because of the size difference. 5. During the week my dogs were scheduled to be groomed. It did not happen. They had them scheduled the day I picked them up. 6. They put the wrong time I was picking them up by 8 hours. All of these had to be addressed some were fixed. Others were not like the shot records It was so bad I got a full 400 dollar refund which I guess is good. But does anyone want to go through all this when you go out of state and board the dogs. I think not. I will no longer go here. I will board them somewhere more professional and trusting. read more

Never again will we bring our Golden Doodles to this groomer. Shaved her bald! They didn't even try to brush her. Their excuse was "it is easier on the dog when there is matting". Yes she had some matting, but to shave every part of her body it just lazy. She is great with brushing and with blow dryers, so they couldn't have even tried. I would understand if some was shaved, but all of her face and all of her tail??? Also when my husband was picking them up, there were three other dogs in window getting shaved, he asked if they were all matted as well and they had no reply. We only went there because our usual groomer was out. Do not recommend this location for grooming. read more

Awful experience today! Have used this group in the past without incident. My entire family has boarded all of our dogs as well as used them for grooming a few times. My wife had a long-standing appointment to have our 2 dogs groomed today, was running late with traffic, had a 30 minute drive, called to apologize and update the groomer on her status (as they have no answering service and never pick up the phone). The groomer got on the phone, was incredibly rude and angry to my wife and HUNG UP on her! My wife tried calling back and no one would talk to her. I get that everyone can have a bad day, but you don't do that to loyal customers. The one person she did talk to after the phone rang forever indicated that it wasn't a good day and the groomer was "slammed." It's really disheartening to be treated this way by any business that you have frequented in the past. We feel completely devalued as a customer. Not sure what happened at this place. Per their unprofessional and rude way they treated us, they have lost our business forever. Maybe management has changed recently or they are under new ownership, but they surely some help on multiple fronts. Never again. read more

This place will be my go to for nail trims for my 80 lb baby for sure! I called yesterday and asked about their availability for nail trims and was able to make an appointment for the next day. The check in process was easy, they were great with my dog who others said they couldn't handle him and I was in and out in literally 10 minutes. Breed restrictions for boarding makes absolutely no sense to me. They say it is required that dogs participate in daily social time while being boarded. How about accept all breeds but don't require social time for those breeds deemed dangerous? I'll never recommend this business to anyone and certainly won't return to have my cat groomed. read more

My dog has gone to this kennel for 13 years. They are very good with him. He is an old dog and still does well here. Boomer needs lots of attention and they give it to him. He loves the social pen. He only goes with small or older dogs, because he is scared of large dogs. They always welcome Boomer and offer him treats. The best part of this kennel is they are careful with shot records. I forgot Boomers bordetella once. They called to remind me it expired. They won't let your dog in without up to date shots. I like that for the safety of my dog. If you have a mean dog this is not the place for your pet. They will not take aggressive dogs. Another huge plus! The kennel is clean. Overall a great place!!! read more

I have now taken my dog to PetAgree a number of times for grooming and more recently boarding. The staff has always been extremely nice and the dogs are usually excited to visit... however after my last boarding experience, I do not think I would board them there again. Over memorial day weekend, I took my dog to be boarded for 5 days. When I came to bring her more food halfway through her stay, I asked if I could see her. All behavior abnormalities aside, she was also covered in her own urine and feces. I was upset about this, but they explained that they were very busy and couldn't rinse her off every time she made a mess. Later, I learned that when they let their boarded dogs out to use the restroom, they go by groupings. It does not surprise me that a dog would be more interested in playing with the other dogs instead of doing their own business...but I would think that after a few times of going out, coming back in, and soon after making a mess in her environment, they might see the pattern and let her out on her own. Among the unusual behavior after she came home, two things stood out: she wouldn't eat for three days; she shied away from other family members trying to pet her. She has been boarded before at another kennel a number of times, even once up to two weeks, and never exhibited any unusual behavior upon being picked up. In spite of my experience up until this point, I was still thinking of giving PetAgree one more chance to board my dog in the future under less busy circumstances. What changed my mind and ultimately prompted me to write this review, was after taking her to the vet a couple weeks later with a fecal sample and it testing positive for Giardia. Prior to her first boarding visit, she had been cleared of any parasites and had had zero exposure with other dogs where she could have picked this up. As much as I like the people, I am not confident in the boarding conditions. read more

We love PetAgree! Our two dogs, an English Mastiff and Newfie, had the pleasure of staying at the Brownsburg location this weekend. We were able to board them together in the same kennel and bring our own food. They even had a special running for new clients that the first night was free! When we came to pick them up, they were happy, the staff loved them, and they were worn out from playing all day. We also had our newfie groomed, just a trim and brush, and she looked beautiful! DO NOT GO HERE! Very prejudice company! We took our dog for daycare after calling two weeks in advance to discuss the daycare setup and the type of dog we had. At no point did they discuss bread restrictions, probably because our dog did not fit into the bread they turned us away for. As stated on the PetAgree website "Each dog will be evaluated to determine temperament. We only daycare social dogs to insure every guest's safety." They never attempted to let our dog socialize with them or any of the other dogs! Our dog has been going to a daycare in Indianapolis since we adopted her from the Human Society 6 months ago. As we are moving to the Brownsburg area, we were looking for a new daycare closer to home. When we brought our dog in with the paperwork showing her bread, they refused to even give her a chance since they claimed she looked like she might have a little bit of Pit in her. After looking on the PetAgree website, they have pictures of a dog named Sam with the file names of Sam_0663, Sam_0675, and Sam_0693 in the October 11, 2013 album that looks EXACTLY like our dog. I live in Columbus, Ohio. I love PetAgree so much that I bring my dog to PetAgree Brownsburg when I'm in town to visit family, instead of leaving her at a kennel in Columbus. (She loves car rides, so everyone wins!) The staff is always so caring and friendly, and I can just tell that she has a great time because she starts going bananas in the back seat when we pull into the driveway. I love that the overnight stay includes lots of play time. I feel better about leaving her for a weekend knowing that she's not going to be in a cage the whole time. The first time she stayed at PetAgree, the staff gave me a print of an adorable picture of her playing in the yard -- which I now have hanging on my fridge. It's the little extra touches like that that make a huge difference. I definitely reccommend PetAgree! read more

I absolutely love the Brownsburg location. They are very friendly, even if they make an error they are quick to try to fix it. The Danville location is horrible and I will never take my pet there again. Terrible customer service and they have no clue what they are doing to care for the animals. Horrible encounter with this kennel. Our dogs were not allowed to board together due to one living with us and the other staying with my mom even though they have been together their whole lives. Apparently, dogs have to have the same address to stay together for "their safety".... One of our dogs has severe seperation anxiety when away from us and will only eat if our other dog is with her. They said it was policy and that they would not make an exception. They were really very rude about it as well. Its honestly the craziest thing I've heard of and all the other kennels I called to find space agreed. So, on the day we are leaving for our fall break vacation I had to find a new kennel!!!! We thankfully were so blessed to find The Animal Den in Whitestown!!! They were amazing and squeezed us in last minute and let our babies stay together. read more

I bring my dogs to daycare here nearly 4 days a week! I use both Danville and Brownsburg, depending on where I have to travel to that day. My pups get so excited when I pull in. Only one of my dogs require grooming, while the other two only need to get a quick bath. They all come out looking and smelling great. We love PetAgree! read more

I have been taking my cat to PetAgree for years for grooming (he is a long hair part Maine-Coon) that requires major grooming twice a year. He has always been vaccinated with the necessary requirements and in fact, I was not asked about this until recently. He was due for a rabies vaccine and I fulfilled this requirement and made an appointment to have him groomed today. When I got to PetAgree, they told me that the State now requires not only Rabies, but Cat Five Way (which can be a deadly combination to your pet) and Feline Leukemia. I have three indoor cats and have always discussed with my veterinarian the necessary vaccines. After doing further research, I found this is not a State law, so I called PetAgree and was told the State does not require anything but Rabies vaccine, but their requirements are Cat Five Way and Feline Leukemia. I will not be taking any pets back to PetAgree! Unfortunately, there are not a lot of cat groomers, which is why I have been their past patron. I've had to repeatedly remind them to clip his nails, which they've not done on several occasions. Depending on what groomer was available would always determine how well his grooming was completed. It's also expensive ($70.00 for one session). Too bad PetAgree has to lie to their customers! You won't be getting anymore business from me. read more

(Plainfield Location is awful) I have a very hyper, happy dog. He thinks everything you do is playing with him. He's been to the plainfield location before and as much as he wasn't a fan of the dryer they had no complaints and said he did great. Brought him back again with instructions not to trim his nails because he had been to the vet the day before and they said he didn't need them trimmed. Got a call to come and get him because he was a 'very aggressive dog' He has never so much as growled at anyone ever. They stated that he was aggressive when trimming his nails, which I told them twice not to do. The woman said he got a nose bleed from stress but stated she had to shove a muzzle on him. I told her she gave him the nose bleed from the muzzle she forced onto his face and she had no reply. Yet I still had to pay for him getting a bath I could've given him and for them trimming his nails that the vet specifically told me he didn't need and I asked them not to do. Needless to say neither my mother or myself will be taking our dogs back to this location due to not only the rude woman with purple hair that was obviously very rough with my dog, but also because my dog couldn't get out of that place sooner. read more
