a great little spot for matcha and other fun drinks and dessert! I appreciated the variety of creative drink options and enjoyed my strawberry matcha, which was light and refreshing and not too sweet. the ordering could have been smoother, as all the kiosks upfront were broken, but the drink arrived quickly. there's some nice seating and small trinkets for sale in the cafe as well. would come back again!

Came here for a boba drink on a Saturday afternoon. Ordered at the kiosk. Had to wait about 15 minutes for the drink to be ready. Thai tea tasted fine. Cozy seating available inside.

On the sweeter side but I needed this pick me up! They also have a Hojicha option, which I'd like to try next time.

Stopped by a couple of times this week to grab a matcha latte and a hojicha latte. The matcha was a bit on the weaker side in terms of taste and the staff didn't know what brand of matcha it was - so if you're a serious matcha aficionado this may not be the place for you - but if you're just looking for a solid iced drink on a hot day with all the fixings (loved the variety of add-ons like chia and lychee jelly) this can be your go-to spot ! I was also intrigued by the signage that said "hot boba tea" as I've never had hot boba before but alas their machine was broken and they couldn't make hot drinks

What a cute and delicous spot for boba, bingsu, and coffee! A fun menu and design with really good drinks and quality ingredients. They recommend 50% sweet, i'd push for 25% sweetener instead. Ordered the Iced Peach White tea w/ lychee jelly, so good! Will be back.

Best boba chain in NYC! The flavors are all done so well. We got the strawberry matcha latte with boba and the hojicha latte with boba. My favorite and go to is the strawberry matcha! I dream about it daily. You can order on an iPad or at the counter and I liked having the option for either. Service was quick took 5 minutes. The location is quite big and has nice seating and cute options as well. Will be back for sure!

My husband and I came here after dinner at the Time Out Market. There are kiosks to place your order on as soon as you walk inside, which is super convenient. I got the Rose Matcha Latte and really enjoyed it! It was the perfect combination of flowery without overpowering the taste of the matcha. Delicious! The interior is very cute and Instagram worthy and the staff was very friendly, but I'd steer clear of the wicker chairs and just sit on the regular seating they have available. The cushions of the wicker chairs looked super dirty.

This is a cute little café in Brooklyn. They serve bubble tea and desserts although when I went, they didn't have a lot of ingredients for desserts so I got the bubble tea. In terms of ordering, there are several kiosks at the front where you can order, and then you go inside and wait for your order. There is a good amount of seating inside and the vibe is nice and spacious. The drinks are pretty good too.

Hands down the prettiest bubble tea cafe I've ever been to! Immaculate vibes. A new favorite go-to spot in Dumbo, especially as it's conveniently located right around the corner from the F train station. The high ceilings, pastel-colored walls and quiet patrons working on their laptops make this spot so warm and welcoming. I came with friends this weekend and we spent over 2 hours here, just chatting and catching up over BBT - it was such a wholesome evening. Since it was pretty late in the day, I went with the decaf lavender black w/ aloe jelly - it was really good! My bf went with the black sesame latte - it was a bit on the sweeter side but still super tasty and aromatic. Love the quality and variety of flavors - I was already a fan of their LES location but this brick and mortar takes it to another level. The service was also lovely - we had stayed past closing and they never rushed us out as they were cleaning up. Instead, they offered us some leftover teas from the day! We were so grateful and our friends ended up buying some cute merch (reusable drink holder/sleeve). Will be back every time I'm in the area, guaranteed.

I came here for dessert after having lunch in the area with my friends. I had never gone to a Lazy Sundaes but I thought I should check out the DUMBO location since this one had the most seating. You can order on the kiosks in front. I ordered the seasonal special yakgwa bingsoo (yakgwa, red bean, mochi, soybean powder, condensed milk, shaved ice). They didn't have mochi so I ordered tapioca instead. The bingsoo was quite large, definitely can share with someone else. The yakgwa (deep fried honey cookie) was delicious. The shaved ice was light and soft. I'll definitely be back, I have to try their lattes next time!

This time I got the Strawberry Hojicha Latte and it was good! They do a great job with their hojicha drinks.

So refreshing, delicious, and fresh bubble tea, finally in Dumbo, woo hoo! Got the jasmine green tea with 25 percent sugar, regular ice, and tapioca, and it was so good, the perfect amount of sweetness, and had none of that chemical-powder taste of those bubble tea shops all over the city. Would get it again and try the signature black tea, also. Welcome to the hood! 5 stars!!!!

Newly opened in Dumbo -- finally a bubble tea spot in this area. Interior design is so minimal and pretty! I came during their birthday promo for $2 classic/jasmine bubble milk teas and $3 birthday bingsoo sundaes. If you like Boba Guys bubble tea, then this is the same concept. Tea is strong but the milk flavor is not as prevalent. Bubbles are soft and chewy. The birthday bingsoo was good upon first scoop but went downhill as you scoop towards middle. The bingsoo shaved ice itself lacks flavor and the first scoop was yummy because the condensed milk was on top. Wish they distributed the condensed milk throughout the shaved ice for better flavor. You can order in the front or via a kiosk near entrance of the store.

Cute JOOY tea shoppe. Can't believe JOOY has expanded so much! I love their wonder grape. It has…read morealways been my go-to drink. Service is fast and drinks are consistent. There was no line, and they also have a kiosk to order upon entry. There's no table seating, but there are a few seats where you can hang out inside. It's a very small store, a grab-and-go type of spot.

Jooy Tea Shoppe is a modern bubble tea spot that focuses on creative drinks, customizable options,…read moreand unique flavors beyond the usual milk tea menu. We walked into a casual setup with kiosk ordering that makes it easy to browse through the large menu and adjust your drink with different sweetness levels, toppings, and add-ons. The shop is more focused on quick visits rather than being a large café space, with some seating available but a feel that leans toward grabbing a drink while exploring the area. The variety of choices stood out, from fruit teas and slushies to matcha and specialty drinks. We tried the hojicha latte, which had a smooth roasted flavor and felt like a nice alternative to the usual matcha drinks. Their fruit-based drinks and slushies also stand out because they feel lighter and more refreshing, especially compared to heavier milk teas. The menu has a lot of creative combinations, so it feels like a place where you can keep trying different drinks instead of sticking to just one favorite. One thing we appreciated about Jooy Tea Shoppe is how customizable the ordering process is. The kiosk system makes ordering simple, especially when the menu has so many options that it would otherwise take longer to decide, and it makes it easier to experiment with different combinations. The pricing is a little higher compared to some traditional bubble tea shops, especially after adding toppings, but the drink selection and specialty options help make it feel different from a standard boba stop. The variety is probably the biggest reason to come here since there are many flavors that are not as common elsewhere. The service was efficient and the ordering process kept things moving, though the wait can depend on the crowd. Jooy Tea Shoppe is a fun bubble tea spot with a wide selection of drinks and plenty of customization options. The creative menu, fruit teas, matcha options, and seasonal flavors make it a good place to visit when you want something more unique than a regular milk tea. It offers a thoughtful, customizable drink experience that rewards exploration and repeat visits.

((3.25 stars))…read more stopped by here to grab a cold brew on warm afternoon. it's a small quiet modern coffee / tea drink shop. very clean bright well-maintained interior. not much seating as it is a fairly small space--a few seats to be had. there is a touchscreen to order as this location seems to be a one-person operation as there was a single employee on-shift. ordered a cold brew with no ice. several minutes later the employee came from the back with my drink. took my drink and noticed there was a fair amount of ice in my cold brew...i mentioned to the employee that i ordered the cold brew without ice as it was an option in the order process. since the cold brew is "cold" because it is pre-batched and refrigerated, not sure why ice would be needed. she replied that this is how they make/serve it despite my order preference. it made no sense to me, but whatever..."the customer is always right" is truly dead in the touchscreen ordering era lol. the cold brew tasted fine, but i really hate when places employ these tactics to serve less cold brew and save $s by pouring ice into the cup. just use a smaller cups etc. and let the customer make the choice instead of doing tacky stuff like this. anyway, this Nitro Tea location doesn't serve a typical coffee shop menu (drip, Americanos, Cortados, etc), so you're limited to its menu of signature coffee and tea drinks. this place is fine if Nitro Tea's drinks are your jam. however, NYC is a competitive coffee and tea landscape especially in the East Village, so this place would not be my first choice in the neighborhood for caffeine. nothing is wrong with N25 Nitro Tea, but it isn't quite "my cup of tea."
