Got this beautiful shelf for $179.99 and I love it!

This is a store like home goods, plenty of daily deliveries of furniture finds that are unique, fancy salt and pepper shakers, wall decor, rugs (7x10 for $300), shower curtains, water bottles, storage ottomans, coffee tables, fake flowers, Halloween decor, Christmas decor and lamps... I love this store, however, I have trouble with liking a piece of furniture and finding a small chip or even a very obvious chip or break on it. I would love to see these things in the back. It's unfortunate to fall in love with something and wish it was perfect. No, I'm not looking to take it home for a discount. I just wish they put them in the back clearance. That's all. But overall, the workers are nice and friendly and very helpful.

Beautiful store full of things to buy. I am a die hard tj maxx homegoods marshall's fan so to say I was excited about this store would be an understatement. It definitely has a bit of a "warehouse" vibe I would almost say. Things are organized very well by function or product type. There are also sets out together (such as living room or dining). Great selection of lighting and rugs especially. Price is on the upper end for things- I am sure these are higher quality brands because the deals were definitely nothing insane like you find at homegoods/marshall's. However, definitely wanted to buy a good half of it during my stroll through!

I usually bounce between here and Homegoods for decor. Pricing is reasonable. I like the layout of the store w/ exception to the aisles--they're too close together. For people that don't have cart etiquette, you're either stuck in an aisle behind them or being slammed into. Staff may have to be more mindful of keeping the place tidy, the pillow aisle was a disaster area--I'm sure it was either kids or rude customers, but a mess does not make shopping very appealing!

How does a store not have shooing bags for WEEKS. Go down the road to your sister stores and get some.

They share a building and parking lot with with Trader Joe's, with an entrance off of RT 17N or the back road off of Midland Ave.

So disappointed. I love West Elm's stuff, but the delivery experience has been a nightmare. I…read moreordered a bed in mid March that was meant to be delivered by end of March. They rescheduled the delivery for April 3rd, and then canceled the day before as they were missing parts, I was told I would be notified within 3 days when they were able to reschedule. After hearing nothing, I called a week later and they said they would call to reschedule when they have to parts. It is now approaching the end of April and I still have not heard anything about them rescheduling the delivery. I have called to follow up multiple times. In addition to this, I also ordered a couch in March. About 2 weeks ago (early April), I realized it will be too large for my space. I called West Elm to cancel the order, as they did not allow me to cancel online. The woman I spoke to told me it would be no more than 3 days to hear whether or not my cancellation request was approved by the manager. Again, I heard nothing. When I called back today, they acted as if they had never heard that I wanted to cancel the order (now far less-likely to be canceled due to being further along in production). They again told me they would put my request through to the manager. I spent 30 minutes on the phone with someone that was able to get me no answers. I am extremely disappointed with their service. Their products are expensive, and the lack of communication and responsiveness after a sale is unacceptable.

Worst delivery experience ever! West Elm was unable to fit the sofa we purcahsed into our elevator…read moreand advised that we would have to take the whole thing apart. They left the sofa in the loading area of our building, and we were forced to hire a third-party (at significant added cost) who was able to fit it into our elevator by simply removing the legs and cushions. The incompetence and lack of effort by the West Elm delivery team was beyond belief. To make matters worse, they delivered the wrong rug, installed bed frame legs on backwards, and have refused to fully reimburse me for added costs incurred. Shame on you West Elm!
