The manager stalked over when she heard we wanted the large rugs delivered. She barked back, "What kind of car do you have. We can fold them in half for you." Okay, I do NOT want my $600 per rugs looking like origami. I said, "I need them the first week of September." She rudely replied, "24 hours. That's how long I can hold the rugs for." Just her tone should have informed me that she wasn't interested in problem solving. Even if I agreed to wait on the rugs, which I certainly would have done, she blew the sale with her poor attitude. We first met her in Hastings and have continued our patronage in Larchmont after she moved from Hastings. The inventory is curated with a specific style in mind, but you can still find something for everyone when looking for gifts. This, in my opinion, is truly wonderful because I can get things for my home and for others without having to go to a big store.
