Throughout the process, I faced persistent pressure to sign an incomplete, haphazardly drafted contract for a major six-figure remodel before design deliverables were finalized, all while being prevented from collaborating directly with the interior designer until the construction contract was signed off. When I challenged the unexpected costs, the response was contentious and retaliatory, including warnings of an uncompromising "zero tolerance" policy for future site expenses rather than constructive collaboration. Although Ronen later attempted to reconcile, the combination of incomplete documentation, withheld deliverables, and an adversarial dynamic led me to terminate the relationship prior to construction and transition the project to another contractor.

During the installation, they caused severe damage to my front yard, including destroying a rare and expensive Japanese maple tree. Their method of "protecting" plants was just throwing a tarp over them, which did nothing to shield them from falling shingles and tools. A three-story ladder fell on my shrubs, damaging several, and worse -- it also fell onto my brand-new AC unit, bending the top grill. Since then, the ventilator has been rotating only millimeters away from the edge on one side, at risk of scraping. On top of that, there were permit issues. It took multiple emails and calls from me -- both to the company and the permit office -- to get it straightened out. They tried to tell me that "approval of the drawings" was the same as having the permit approved, which was not true. The confusion dragged out the inspection process unnecessarily. They never offered to fix or compensate for any of the damage. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend them.

(see below) We've had several contractors work on this shower over the years, but nothing has stood the test of time. And nothing has looked as good as it does now. First, they back up their work forever. And it gets past on to the next home owner without cost. Second, the price was quite reasonable. Third, they make sure they please their customers. In every aspect, they asked what we wanted and we got it. Forth, wow what they did to ensure longevity! We absolutely believe this shower will never ever leak again. Fifth, everyone was great to work with, even the crew. Sixth, the crew! We'll ask for them by name next time we need them. They are Kirvyn Bravo and Walter Ramos. Finally, the finish - after completion, the drain backed up during the shower's first use. AAT&R sent a plumber out right away. We had a cracked drain pipe at the clean out we didn't know about! Probably didn't show until now because we now have better shower drain water flow??? IDK. But, definitely not AAT&R. But we only had to pay for the repair!
