I had gifted my daughter a HydraFacial, and when we arrived, the manager, Amina, went above and beyond she let me keep they hydra facial for myself and comped my daughter's facial. That level of kindness and customer care is rare and so appreciated. I've seen Agatha and one other provider, and both were amazing knowledgeable, gentle, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the process. The laser itself is a little spicy as expected but tolerable. A few weeks ago, I also had the Bright & Brilliant treatment and loved the results!

    So I reached out via the website to initiate a consultation. I ended up missing the appointment…read morebecause of a technology issue. That was fine, so we ended up with a phone conversation between myself and the consultant. I ended up going with a package of Brazilian and underarms, the cost was $1884.40. In this economy, this was a huge purchase for me. I go to my first appointment in March, was told I would see a 10% change per visit. Well the math from the onset didn't match because that means 80% of the hair will be removed after my 8th visit. I also reached out to my consultant after the first visit because the Brazilian area (the line from your girl parts to anus) was so thin it was going to leave hair on the inside cheek portion. So I asked was that normal, and the consultant said I would need to get the derriere package too. If I wanted that inside cheek area done, another 1823.00 they wanted for this, yup you are reading that correctly. I am fuming at this point and reach back out to her, do you know she never responds back to me until last week to send me a link to pay for the second half of my package?? Two months had gone by. I chose the two payment method versus financing the original 1884.00, So I have had two treatments and this weekend will be my third, but they want me to pay in full. I am not seeing the 10% drop in hair removal and the lack of communication from my consultant at this point is ridiculous. When she sent the payment link I asked why she did not respond and she said they never answered her so she didn't answer me, despite me reaching back out inquiring after the first reach out. She just left it on read. To me $1884.00 for two areas should have been enough to complete what I was looking for, I don't need my entire rear done but when you have been waxing for over a decade the waxers do those inside cheek parts, so now that's what needs to be removed. I am so disappointed in my results and the unprofessional way this is being handled. When I called myself to get a new quote for the added line (again not entire rear just more than a string bikini area, I was quoted 2300.00 (the first quote was for a birthday special because it was my birthday). After I complained to my consultant my disgust of my results so far and for the price and for the unprofessional way this is being handled, she told me I could cancel before my Sunday appointment, no refund. I waited years to do this for myself, and I am not going to get the results I am looking for. I am so disappointed. I am giving a two star, because the facility is very clean, my actual person is very friendly and so is the front staff.

I'm giving this location 3 stars because most of the staff are genuinely kind and the facility is easy to find. However, my overall experience was mixed, and I think it's important for others to know what to expect. There is one staff member whose approach I found unethical based on my interactions. I won't call them out publicly, but if someone wants the name, I'm willing to share it privately. My concern is that their sales tactics felt dishonest--whether due to quotas, commissions, or something else, I can't say, but the behavior didn't feel transparent. Before my introductory appointment, I did my research and understood that multiple sessions are typically needed. I had no issue with purchasing a package as long as scheduling would work with my availability. The day before my original appointment, I received a text saying I needed to be rescheduled, so I pushed it to the following week. During the consultation, I expected a sales pitch, but the additional "add‑ons" offered if I bought a package felt insincere. My main question was simple: Can weekend appointments be accommodated if I commit to a package? I was told yes, and that they like to see clients every 2-3 weeks. What wasn't explained was how difficult it actually is to secure those appointments. After my session today, the earliest available follow‑up was five weeks out. The appointment after that was more than a month later. Only then did I learn I could be placed on a waitlist or check online for cancellations--information that would have been helpful before making a purchase decision. My takeaway is that the treatment itself is popular and the location simply doesn't have the capacity to meet demand. That part I understand. What I don't appreciate are the predatory sales practices: The add‑ons I was promised never materialized. My scheduling needs cannot realistically be accommodated. Had I been given honest information up front, I might have chosen to pay per session at the higher rate rather than invest in a package I can't use as intended. I hope this review helps others considering T‑Shape therapy at this location. The treatment may be worthwhile, but ask very direct questions about scheduling before committing to a package. Transparency matters, and in my experience, it was lacking.

    Recently visited for a Saturday morning appointment. Easy to find paid street parking in front of…read morethe location. The staff was very friendly it was my first visit and I was given a short tour of the space and available services. I went in for full body cryotherapy which only lasts 3 minutes. I was given shorts to wear along with slippers sock and gloves. They provide headphones if you would like to listen to music during the service. The cryotherapy was quick and they can adjust based on your comfort level. Each service room is private which I liked. Afterwards a team member asked if I wanted to visit again for another service and told me about their memberships. I had an enjoyable and relaxing experience and look forward to visiting again. $$ (depending upon service and membership)
