First experience and could not have been more pleased with my experience! From the start, Fran communicates with you immediately upon booking regarding what to expect and went above and beyond in terms of communicating and accommodating my request to move my appointment time. While I was a little unsure at first regarding going to someone home, I'm so glad I read the reviews and went because Fran is so personable and creates an intimate, inviting experience for you. She walks you through the whole process and makes you feel completely comfortable, especially since this was my first ever infrared wrap. During the entire 60 mins she makes sure to frequently check on you to ensure you are comfortable and to see if you need anything and ends it with a wonderful cooling facial mask! And man does it work as advertised! Never sweat so much in my life and felt great! Even if you think you can't make it the full time, stick it out! My only complaint is that I don't live in the area as I'm here just for a work trip and can't plan to get treatments from Fran on a regular basis cause the treatments are awesome and so is Fran! read more

Honestly, my first impression was a little sketched out because of where it was at. I even had someone stay on the phone with me if something were to happen. But as soon as the door opened and Fran answered, it was a completely different vibe! Fran's personality plus the spa like ambience she transformed out of her apartment made me feel at ease. While going through the hot body wrap process, she made sure to check on you every 15 minutes. There was one time I was calling for her earlier and she didnt answer- not sure if she stepped out or the music was too loud but I wont hold it against her. She also pampers you with face masks up to the last 10 minutes which helps relieve you from the hot and intense sweating youre going through. If you're wondering about the service Itself, she wraps you up tight in this thermo blanket for the time alloted and you pretty much sweat your ass off! Depending on what you are doing this for she is very informative and open to discussion about working with the body goals youre trying to get. Wonderful service. Would recommend 100%. All my water weight dropped. I could tell a difference just after the 1st session. I enjoyed the privacy and relaxation of being in a home spa and Fran was AMAZING every step of the way. While in the infared body wrap she would come in often to give me sips of water, adjust me in any way to make me more comfortable and even put on a movie of my choice to make time past by! I was very relaxed and comfortable and even took a nap. Fran adjusted her availability at a moment's notice when I needed to move up my appointment time last minute. Today was my very first body wrap ever! I'm so glad I chose this particular company for this service because they are mobile, meaning they come to you so, in the comfort of my home with my son in the room next to me watching a movie, I was able to burn about 800 calories, all while laying in my own bed snuggled up in an exhilarating hot body wrap. I felt so comfortable during the 60 minutes session while I closed my eyes and listened to my favorite playlist.... and then once the treatment was finished I saw how much I sweated off toxins and I was extra pleased to see the difference in my measurements... This was my second time using Hot Body Wrap service. As always Fran was a complete sweetheart and super hospitable. She also reached out to me before arriving and reminded me to drink water. I thought that was really nice and it made me feel comfortable once I arrived. The room was clean and neat. she checked in on me periodically to make sure the temperature was good and to make sure I was hydrated. Every time a fall off my diet, I find this is the best way to reset. Also with a resent sports injury, it improved flexibility in my knee. I was amazed. I recently purchased a package for a set of infrared detox body wraps- and I LOVE them. I love a pretty healthy lifestyle but was looking for something to help jump start a new fitness regime and detoxify. I lovve heat and to sweat and regularly do hot yoga but the infrared works differently and you can really feel it.
