After deciding to move on with our project I placed a 50% deposit and scheduled install for a month later, much less than the 4-6 month timeframe I was given by other companies. The install was incredibly clean the crew picked up after themselves and respected my home. I'm very happy with the product the difference in heat and noise is night and day. This took 4 days and the install crew showed up on time and cleaned up each day and answered my question as I watched over everything. I was worried that my stucco might not come out right, but even that was on point. I also double-checked the windows at the end and the only thing I found was a casement window that was a little sticky to open and they quickly fixed it. Regarding the quote process, Tony was easy to work with, knowledgeable about their products, and revised my order several times as I worked out the final details. I had a few concerns, like making sure that when I replaced a narrow window at my front door that the frame would not be too thick, but it looks great. Also thanks to Debbie for checking after the job (and after I paid) to make sure I was still happy. Based on the job they did at my house, my neighbor is going to update their windows too.

Quote was more expensive than company #1 but tried to sell me on the value of the lifetime warranty their new motor would provide. Garage Door company #3: "let's fix your garage door opener!" "You don't need a new motor, just a new belt," and "your door is high quality. Let's try to save it," and "let's try to save you some money." Which company would you choose? Yup - Company #3. I agree. And that was Door Pros. No Upselling. Dre was professional and treated me like an extended member of the family (maybe the kooky aunt? I'll take that). Jamie scheduled me for the next day and Dre was back, smiling, friendly, and efficient: he had me back up and running in about an hour - for a fraction of the costs quoted by the other guys. Although appointments are strongly suggested, we lucked out on a quiet morning and were greeted by Mark Reardon in the showroom. He walked us through the steps of selecting several styles of doors we liked and offered suggestions AND information about their doors! The quality is amazing. We needed HOA approval on the design and color, so Mark prepared a document with ALL the information required to secure approval, which came quickly. Mark came out to measure and the door was ordered. About 10 days later, our door was installed and it looks AMAZING! The installers were efficient, professional, tidy and did a great job explaining the best way to care for the door and to use it correctly. Our entire experience was professional and efficient. This morning, we were able to open our front AND back door for airflow, and feel secure and safe with a security door in front!. We were able to secure a few discounts by paying cash and taking advantage of some specials offered on their website . The store is worth every penny!

This company came out to drill a hole in our granite for an RO system. The owner, Joshua, was able…read moreto get an installer out within minutes, which was amazing! Unfortunately, the gentleman Frank drilled the hole the wrong size--too big. Now, our RO faucet does not sit properly on the counter, and we will have to rig it up, ruining the aesthetics. We told him BEFORE he started drilling that the bit looked too big, but he insisted it was fine. He didn't measure the bit up to the sizing diagram we provided him. We contacted Joshua, who proceeded to curse and threaten us with lawyers if we didn't pay him. Joshua stated that the services were rendered and that if we didn't pay, he would put a lien on our home (over $250 ). Joshua was screaming that he would show up to our home with lawyers and his crew and that "they don't make 1 inch diamond drill bits for granite (lol)" I mean really, it's a hole. It's too big. The guy didn't measure twice cut once. Calm down Joshua, no need to scream at people. No wonder your employee told us to contact him directly if there were any issues. We are not going to be bullied into paying for services that we didn't request- which is a hole too big for our faucet that we now have to fix. Please look elsewhere unless you like dealing with hotheads. Edit: If the owner thinks this install is acceptable- a wobbly install, not seated on the counter, with a gap visible from across the room, then he really is as delusional as he sounded when he cursed out my husband and threatened to show up at my house with 'his lawyer' if we didn't pay him. If this is the type of work the public wants from a company, and an owner that resorts to immediately screaming and threatening the customer over his employees mistake, then please hire Surprise Granite and good luck with that.
