For us, it was one of those life luxuries that had to wait as it was not a necessity in our earlier days. In doing my research for this project (which by the way was a surprise Father's Day gift), I looked for a reputable company and wanted to make sure that I would have no regrets in my selection - after all, in conducting my research, I realized that this project would cost a pretty penny and then some and it was one of those things that you simply cannot return if one is unhappy with the end result. I called several companies surrounding the Queen Creek, AZ area and each one already had good reviews and high ratings. I spoke and exchanged communications with 4 companies and 2 were quite pushy and aggressive sending texts and leaving voice mails for me to make a decision. One was just so highly priced that it almost made this gift unattainable! When I reached out to Gecko Flooring, the call was returned by Jacob. A very warm, kind spoken person who actually listened to what I was trying to achieve and understood that I had never had such work done before but yet, he took the time to explain the service they provided and the steps taken to ensure that I felt comfortable and understood their process. After explaining to him that this was a surprise father's day gift that was to be "gifted" after father's day as our home was not completed until father's day week, he understood the assignment. Actually, he was the only company that understood how important this was for me to pull off such a surprise for my husband. The other 3 companies either didn't care one bit or they were just interested in closing the deal. Since my husband and just happened to want to surprise each other, my husband also happened to reach out to Gecko Flooring to request a quote. Unbeknownst to Jacob initially, he made an appointment to meet with him. However, I was fortunate enough to find out about the appointment and alerted Jacob who, again, was so very kind in wanting to see this surprise through that he took the time to play his part in showing up to complete the appointment with my husband and help me pull off the great surprise for father's day. I'm hoping the pictures can show just how wonderful the work by Gecko Flooring has been. It's been almost 2 weeks now since the project was completed and we are beyond happy with the end result. The colors that are offered are plentiful but we were able to select one that complimented the pavers and accents stones used on our new home. The color we chose is called California Gray - it has the blends of grays, tans, off white and just a tad bit of black. We have it installed in our RV garage and 2 car garage here in hot but beautiful QC area. It does not show the dust easily and the texture from the flakes allows the floors to NOT be slippery when wet. The attention to detail in the install is to be commended because both my husband and I are very picky with seams and edges. I've provided photos of the seams and the edges in a couple of the photos to show just how attentive to detail the installers were for Gecko Flooring. Jacob even suggested the area where the water softener would eventually be placed to be done as well so that all looked uniform in the garage with respect to the floors and also that the area where base boards would go were also covered (thank you for allowing my brain to not go crazy by just going to the floor's edge!). I would most definitely recommend them to anyone interested in needing such service. We LOVE our garage floors and can't thank Jacob and his crew for the end result and the great supporting acting Jacob played during the entire process of surprising my husband (thanks Jacob!!!!) And, we may just be calling Jacob again in the upcoming months to do our back patio flooring!

I contacted the company for a quote to install new carpet in my home. My initial conversation with…read morethe sales representative, Trevor, was pleasant, and he scheduled an appointment to come to my property, take measurements, and leave samples for a quote. Unfortunately, he never showed up for the scheduled appointment and did not call, email, or otherwise communicate that he wouldn't be coming. The following day, I called the store to explain that we had been no-call/no-showed. The receptionist simply responded, "That's weird, let us call you back," but no one ever followed up. I made one more attempt to reach the company, and again received no response. While I understand that scheduling issues can happen, the complete lack of communication and follow-through was disappointing. I was ready to move forward with a purchase, but the poor customer service and failure to honor appointments made it impossible to trust the company with the project.

We did not like what we had originally chosen. David came alone to install it as the second guy wasn't there. I was concerned having just one guy do the install. I had nothing to worry about. David did a fantastic job. We have a cut out in a corner and he cut the carpet perfectly. He was finished in one day. We were so impressed by his work. He was very nice. I put 50% down at that time. It took two days to remove the old flooring and install new. They stayed on day two until the job was done. They found a few complicated issues, like a hidden leak under the old flooring, and flooring under flooring in another small area. The crew in my home exceeded my expectations, were always professional. I'm just glad the job is done now. Removing old flooring was way more dusty than I anticipated, sort of like cutting a sheet of drywall in your living room. If you're going to remove old flooring and have new installed, remove all the electronics and have extra fans on hand as well as new air filters for AC-heat, etc. If you're going to replace bathroom flooring I would suggest having a complete set of toilet tank plumbing and gaskets on hand, just in case. You can always return it un-opened later. The crew is likely to need access to an outdoor garden hose and a place to dump excess flooring level goo. I would recommend this company for your flooring projects.
