Pima door is probably one of the worst places to shop for doors and door trim front staff especially carmine is lazy and has no idea what costumer service is I guess it's easier to be lazy then have repeat business staff communication is terrible read more

They don't install, they don't have a true showroom, the timing was too long, the salesperson told us that the glass we ordered would not be see-through, and it was totally see-through. Also, two of the windows were cracked when we received the door. I would not recommend them. read more

I wrote a previous review and want to update it. Pima door did compromise on the front door. They picked it up and removed the grates which were ugly and plastic. They agreed to paint it for an additional $750. Please know we paid $1,700 for the door which was worse than we would have gotten at a big box store for much less. We declined the painting. We would have been satisfied except when delivering the rest of our doors they inadvertently gouged the freshly finished ceiling. we called Miguel just to let him know what had happened. The driver had told us he would note the damage. The only reason for my husbands call was to tell Miguel we would just fix it. His immediate response was that the door shouldn't have been brought in the house. Not we are sorry, or how can we help. His attitude was ver unfriendly and just went back to blame as opposed to working with us. Again, the rest of the doors are fine. Just beware that customer follow up is not a strong value of this company. read more

Carminem is the best employee! He went over and above to help us with restoring our door. It started simple with just a new 42" door sweep which we were not able to find on our own. He found it within minutes and had it here in Phoenix by the end of the week. He was so kind. Then when we came to pick it up we started talking about putting new hardware on our old/new beautiful door. He helped us find just the right hardware at a great price. This is where the service he provided was outstanding. We tried to install the dead bolt on the door but had the wrong parts in the box. So he helped us by locating not only the correct screws but also the correct face plate. I then asked for a name of a person that could rehang our solid wood 42" door since the weather was going to be below freezing that evening. He stepped up and offered to help us hang the door. Awesome people to work with- bought trim for our home remodel. Ceiling cove molding, chair rail and base. They were the best to work with beat the big box store by over $200.00 and better quality material. Bought high end, expensive doors from Pima. The doors were delivered without prior warning at 6 am in the morning. Wasn't able to inspect due to the unexpected, early delivery. Employees at Pima assured me it was ok to sign for the doors and then inspect when I could. I told them at the time that would be at least one week away. They again assured me it would be fine. When I finally got the opportunity to inspect (one week later), I immediately reported that were damaged, chipped and scratched. And I was beyond frustrated that they were not the doors that I was sold. Salesman sold me solid doors, these were hollow. Long story short, General manager at Pima refused to do anything but put the blame entirely on me. I overpaid by several thousand dollars for cheap, second rate doors. So disgusting that they took advantage of me like this. read more

He personally made sure they were the right size and that they were delivered in time to save my project from being late. Lowes and Home Depot watch out! This place was great to get a door. We were building our house and needed doors for all the rooms and the front door. I was going to buy from Home Depot or Lowes and found this place on the internet. The price was so much cheaper and they build them right there in the factory. I have been working with Pima for 2.5 years and I love it. We do track homes, commercial building, contractors and contractors customers. We also sell to the public at distribution costs. We are the #1 door shop in the west valley. We Sell all styles of trim, doors, windows, door knobs, etc. Customers are the backbone of why we have been in business for 35 years. We have had one crazy customer in the 2.5 years I have been there, which posted on Yelp. She tried to get her doors for free and even attempted a charge back her credit card, Visa company denied.
