Excellent customer service from Pablo. We were able to get a rough estimate thru yelp projects and we were able to schedule work for 2 window replacements for same or next day as he was in the area. Turn around time to order glass and have it installed was relatively quick. We had one broken window and one double pane glass that had water stains from previous rain storms. He was also able to provide warranty for leaks. He was reliable, communicated throughout the entire process. I'll be sure to add photos of before and after. Last year in April (2025) Pablo replaced an old window with a "new" one. First rain? Leaking. I reached out. Multiple calls and texts mind you. He came. Did he fix it? No. More rain. I reached out again. He came again. Did he fix it? Still no. Now it's 2026 and guess what? MORE RAIN. STILL LEAKING. I told him to be responsible for his own craftsmanship and this man has the audacity to CALL ME YELLING. Screaming at me that if he comes out a THIRD time and it's "not the window" he'll charge me $250. Sir. YOU CAME OUT TWICE ALREADY. If you had actually done job and assessed the problem correctly the first--or even the second--time, we wouldn't be here. But no. You slapped in a window, took the money, and left a leaky mess. Now you threaten me? Unprofessional. Rude. Save yourself the headache and the water damage. Go with literally anyone else. Update: Same day I called another handyman to come look at the window. I went up myself to see the window. It was poorly installed. They didn't put caulking or weatherproof the window from the inside. I got multiple quotes to replace a shattered double pane glass on a patio door in West LA and Pablo was the most competitive. The first couple of guys from other places came by the house and just did their measurements and left. When he came in, he and his partner actually went through the trouble of cleaning and vacuuming the broken glass. He took out the molding, scraped the broken shards and peeled the aluminum frame. He did this all without me even asking. It's what made me decide to go with him. Do keep in mind that during his initial visit, he promised that the replacement glass would arrive in 2 days but it ended up being 4 days, which seems to be the average lead time from other places. AAA Glass told me theirs would take 5-7 business days. The Glass Repair Man said his would take 4 business days. Pablo did a great job replacing the glass when it finally arrived. He used silicone to seat the glass. My advice is be patient. He might be late during the initial appointment but he is meticulous with his work once he starts. Pablo came out to fix an older aluminum frame sliding glass patio door that needed new wheels and he did a good job at a fair price. I had called several other window door companies and none of them wanted to come out because they said the frame was too old and that they didn't sell the wheels for it anymore, but Pablo was able to replace them by modifying the frame to accept a more modern wheel assembly. read more

TL;DR - Five stars. I highly recommend. MY NEED: An intruder threw a chunk of concrete through my double-paned, double-hung window in the middle of the night. The next morning, I looked at Yelp reviews for mirror & glass repair shops serving north east LA. Four shops got back to me with a quote; two were similarly low and a third, which though twice as expensive, also had twice as many reviews and most of all, said they were at a job close by and could come by shortly to take a look. Accordingly, when Pablo with PR Glass & Windows returned my call, I asked him to come by in an hour, (after the time I expected the other shop to come). I asked about covering the broken window, and Pablo said he would cut pieces and bring them. This was Thursday and he said he'd have the new window by Saturday or Monday (which was a federal holiday). Certainly a faster turnaround than all the other quotes. REPAIR PART 1: Pablo and his assistant arrived promptly at the time we agreed on and got to work removing the remaining glass, removing the old adhesive, and installing the temporary board to cover the missing pane with a brace (not pictured) on the inside of the house. He fit the screen (which the intruder had pulled away in order to break the glass and was still usable) back in place over the plywood. During the work, I confirmed the price he had quoted me. However, after the work was done, he asked for an additional $50 for the plywood cover. I couldn't deny I'd only asked for a quote for the window, and the cover did involve materials and labor, so I agreed. He asked for a deposit but allowed me to decide how much. Since he seemed to be doing a good job efficiently and promised the quickest turnaround, we paid him half. THE WAIT: Since the window had to be ordered, and Monday was a federal holiday, I gave him an extra day. When I called him for an update. He was relieved to hear from me: his truck had been broken into and his work laptop stolen so he didn't have access to his records. The replacement window had in fact arrived on Saturday, the same day as the theft. Pablo said he just had to run back to the office to pick it up and would be by that same afternoon to install it. REPAIR PART 2: When Pablo arrived, I noticed the new window is tinted darker than the existing windows but I assume that's due to low-e standards that have been updated since the original window was manufactured decades ago. He got the new window in place, cleaned off any debris, glass bits, and soot from the sill, inside and out, removed the manufacturer's low-e sticker, wiped down the window, and put the screen back in place. Overall, Pablo was professional, prompt, efficient, did a great job, gave the best price and the shortest turnaround. Five stars. I highly recommend. read more

Update. -after using the screens is installed still extremely unhappy with the install and fit and finish. I decided to do some more research. Took the old ones off The proper window screen that should have been installed are Standoff Window Screen with Wicket Door for a casement windows. These guys are awesome. I was in a rush to get housing for some victims of the Eaton fire and I wanted to repair a couple windows. There was a wood window that was pretty old and destroyed that they managed to get back together and replace the glass also. When they put it in, it fit back perfectly They cleaned around the window, so there were no fingerprints. They restored a metal window as well. Because they knew I was in a hurry they got it done and just one day, even though they were very busy they were great, communicating, and helpful to say the least. I totally recommend these guys. I have worked with Pablo twice. Pablo does a good job and he's a likable guy. My dog likes to play with him. Pablo thinks it's his red shoes that makes my dog chase him around as he's working. Pablo and Mario came to my house to replace four window screens. They measured, left, and came back the same day to install them. The screens were up a few hours after they first arrived.. The price was good considering that if I had measured and done it myself, I would have only saved a small amount. Besides, I don't know how to measure these screens, and didn't want to have to return them if I had measured wrong and have to start over.
