After our initial call at the end of January, Michelle's response time slowed but as the months went on, it got even worse. At times, there were weeks in between me reaching out and her responding. There were also three times in which we scheduled a call, and she did not call me at the scheduled time. Each time there was a different excuse. After several months of back and forth and a lot of flexibility on my end, I reached out asking when we can finalize the process. This past Wednesday, Michelle sent me a text asking if I was available for a call on Friday. I responded to her text immediately with three time options. No response. The following day, she responded in the afternoon (with an excuse for the delay) and I confirmed that 11:30am the next day worked for me. No response. Of course, the next day (today) she did not call as scheduled. In fact, I did not hear from her at all until I reached out at approximately 2:30pm, three hours after our schedule appointment. I informed her that I was disappointed in the lack of communication and also the fact that was not the first time it had happened. Instead of validating that my experience as a customer has not been favorable, she became defensive and told me "I could have called her" and that if I was disappointed by "a couple missed calls" then should have someone else do my taxes. As of today, I have officially decided to take my business elsewhere and I would suggest you do the same if you would like a professional experience.
