He stated he could assist me with that. For the next 5 months, he sent me emails of properties that were NOTHING like what I described to him that I was looking for. Finally, he sent me one that I showed interest in. He could not get me an appointment to see the property; he could not answer any of my questions because he claimed he could not get the seller's agent to return his emails; he finally revealed to me that he wasn't familiar with mixed-use properties after all~! Imagine that? He wasted 5 months of my time! I had to actually suggest to Jason to get his boss involved. When I finally heard from his boss (Broker Beau Zebley), he was just as apathetic and unknowledgeable as Jason was! Absolutely terrible, lazy customer service. I wouldn't recommend this company if they were the only real estate company in existence!
