My daughter and I are facing a very intense personal family health issue with a member of the family and we decided to try to unwind, so we had the infamous "Zen Soak Pedicure" OMG! Candles, special soaks, a glass ( or 2) of wine and at some point my daughter mentioned that tomorrow was my Birthday....after awhile 3 of the nail specialists walked in singing Happy Birthday with a little personal dessert and a balloon!!! As my regular pedicurist moved out of state, I had to look for a new one and decided to give this place a try. Unfortunately, I didn't check the Yelp reviews beforehand. I do not recommend this place at all--integrity in service is nonexistent. First, I was charged $75 for a service clearly listed at $60. I didn't request anything extra. If using gel caused a 25% price increase (the only explanation I can think of), I was never informed. They had only one booklet of options for gel colors. Second, the 10-minute hot stone massage included in my service lasted barely a minute. I was reading my e-book during the service, so I assume the technician thought I wouldn't notice and tried to shortchange me--not only in service quality but also in what I was paying for. This business lacks ethics. Charging for services and then not delivering is fraud. I won't be back--ever. read more

This is my to-go place for a mani and pedi. There are a lot of mixed reviews on here, but I've been here multiple times (actually, the only location I go since moving here), and they have not failed me yet. I've done walk-ins for all the times I've been here and got seen right away. I can't speak for the weekends. I've always gone during the weekdays! They do a great job as far as customer service....It could be a language barrier, but once you're in the chair with any of these ladies, they get down to business. I assume like most nail salons, people only comment when they are upset about their service and that's why this place has a low rating. It took a really long time to get my old nails off, and my new ones on with this color, but it was totally worth it because she took really great care of my Hands and Nails and I think the last a really long time. While the staff is very nice, both my daughter and I had very basic nails (gel manicure and simple full set). It took two hours despite us being almost the only ones in the store. My ladies drastically overcut my cuticles (spent 45 minutes despite me having a manicure 2 weeks ago). My daughter has multiple deep cuts from filing, which are still bleeding two days later. Edited approx 20 hours later: MY TOE POLISH IS CHIPPED. FLAKING OFF. I wore f****** sandals all day yesterday so this is the cherry on top of a sh**** overall service. My right toe is still bleeding as well. I might call and report this to the state. They were so fast to get me in, and were so friendly the whole time, but that's where the good review stops. I paid $40 for the SPECIAL pedicure. Includes callous removal, sea salt and an extended massage. I was given NO massage, I wasn't even given a moisturizer. No oil, no lotion, no cream, what the hell? Isn't that part of a pedicure? I won't come back based off of that fact alone. For my nails; look how crooked my right middle finger is. This is comical, as I think the person doing my service was the owner. I also picked out a blue color to be on my ring finger but was told they couldn't do a color and a design on the same nail. I should have left at this point. No hand massage or moisturizer given for my manicure service either. I've also included pictures of every time I bled, which should be 0. I went here today for the first time.... This was the worst experience at a nail salon ever. I don't ever usually write reviews but I have to. Not only is this place really unsanitary, the lady doing my nails (Susan) and her boss (I'm guessing that's who she was) were the most crazy rude and insulting people I have ever one across. I walked in and let Susan know that my daughter and I wanted to get our nails done, I wanted a coffin shaped pink and white ombré ( they advertise that they do ombré nails). I picked out the pink powder that I wanted. She proceeded to start my nails and wasn't saying a word. That's ok no big deal,, then she started to glue on wide curved nails. I ask her about it and reminded her that o wanted skinny coffin shaped nails ( your supposed to let them know what you would like your nails to look like right?) she rolled her eyes so hard she probably could see her brain and says she won't put on the skinny tips because they "don't stay on) I figured well maybe she will fix them, Susan then started talking in her language to the other boss lady( really loud and her tone was sharp) The boss lady came over and told me that the pink acrylic I asked for won't work,, I asked why , she says " we only do nude and white " what?? Then she I says " if you don't like that you can go somewhere else "This was an attempt to just be ugly towards me for literally nothing. Then Susan tells me " just let me do my job , you act like I do not know what I'm doing " I was just shocked, I should've just left but the tips were on and the white acrylic. I have an important meeting with work tomorrow so i don't. It was super awkward the rest of the time I was there, bottom line, I walked out of that shit hole with wide SQUARE mail that SuPER thick, they where nice and white and look bad. Go during the week and/or make an appointment if you're busy or in a rush. Stop rushing these ppl's work. They take their time which you'll be thankful for. Trust me, I've been through a few rushy (trying to get the next customer, or just so used to rushing) nail techs that I walked in and told them at LC to take their time "I'm patient." It's quality work. My nails came out right at a salon for once. Received a manicure on top of a stiletto, acrylic full set, with gel polish, 2 designs for $55. Make sure to bring cash to tip. I needed a pedicure STAT! LC Nail and Spa was just the place! As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted and immediately escorted to a chair. I've entered other spas and had to wait for someone to realize I was standing at the counter- not here! They are extremely customer savvy. The only reason I did not give them five-stars is because my pedicure seemed a bit rushed. The lady did a phenomenal job, the water was the perfect temperature, their chairs were clean, and the back massager was a lifesaver. Only thing I have to say is they over charge and exactly 1 week into my gel manicure and my nails were chipping and I just have to remove the polish at this point. Justification for charging $30 was bc they "last longer" pretty sure I should have expected them to last minimum 2 weeks. Not coming back. Not to mention one of the employees moved from the back of the shop as soon as I got up to pay and sat next to the door until RIGHT after I paid and walked out, but let's not read too much into that. I went today it was horrible! If I can put 0 stars I would. Wasted 1:30 of my day. I waited an hour after the told me it'll be about 20-30 min (no problem) my husband and I waited. 1 hour goes by and was getting a little annoyed but stayed I seen all 5 workers busy, 1 hour and short 5-10 min go by and they finally sat him down in the pedicure chairs turned the water on and said it'll be a couple more minutes, I was getting a manicure so they told me get the color and will be right with you, while we waited 3 other girls come in and sat down, 10 minutes later two workers came and took two girls to sit and they started working on them! If I could give less than 1 star I would. Literally the worst nail place I've ever seen in my life. I decided to have a relaxing girls day with 2 friends. We showed up and waited over 30 minutes to even have someone speak to us and when they finally did we were lead to three chairs (not properly cleaned with dirty towels) with cold water and a highly inept nail tech who decided to open the wrong drain all over the floor soaking all of our shoes, purses, and jackets (that they make you leave on the dirty floor) she then proceeded to cut my nails (without permission) far below the nail bed and even cut my toe. She then proceeded to do what is the most botched nail polish job I've ever been subjected to. My 6 year old daughter is more talented than this woman. At least my daughter can stay inside the lines and not paint the skin of the nail. She then decided to shove my shoe on completely take the paint off of a toe. She then was shocked and pretended to not speak English when I corrected her. Save time and money and either go somewhere else or just let a child do your nails because they will have more experience. read more
