I'm very disappointed! I went in for a gel manicure. I asked for my nails to be as short as possible and they were barely trimmed. The lady that provided my service was so rushed as another client came in and was waiting for her. She filed my nails (shaped) between coats and left the debris on my nails and polished over it. EVERY ONE of my nails is rough and visible bumpy. I've been here once before and they were great. I should have gone back to have them fixed but didn't waste my time. read more

My daughter and I go to Spoiled Nails a few times a year and we always enjoy our time there. Obviously they can be very busy in the afternoon or on weekends, so we try to go in the morning on weekdays if possible. And we always call for a reservation. I've never had to wait longer than 15 minutes though. Inside, the salon is bustling with activity but the yelling that you get in other salons is to a minimum. There is a white aesthetic and the TV is always on, although not to anything we would usually watch. The pedicures are absolutely lovely and I recommend the deluxe version with the lotion, hot stone rocks, and massage. Along with the massage chair and your book or phone, or a conversation with the attendant, it is a great hour. I often don't get manicures, but my daughter does each time and her gel nails always look beautiful. Tipping is optional but really should be done, and they prefer it in cash. These are my old and weird shaped toes about ten days after being manicured. Don't laugh too hard. read more

I really wanted to go in and enjoy my time to relax. There were about maybe 3 customers and my full acrylic set only took 30 minutes. The nail lady made my nails really thin and she cut the skin around my cuticles with her drill bit. I also advised the nail lady for a certain color and she automatically shut me out saying she couldn't do it and wouldn't try. It was poor service and I've given them 4 chances. I've recently moved to Colorado Springs and I've been in search for a nail salon. As I usually get my nails done every two weeks (I'm extra I love pointy long dramatic nails) I went in two weeks ago and the nail tech seemed like she didn't know what she was doing but I could tell she was trying very hard. So I did not complain and I paid and left. Two days later two nails broke and it already looked like I needed a fill. I thought I would give them the benefit of doubt and go back so they could redeem themselves. I went back - I did not complain about my previous experience. Today I wanted to keep my nails the same length and shape. She used powder dip instead of acrylic and tried to apply it like it was acrylic and failed. She wiped off three nails and kept messing up. I felt bad for her because I could see she was trying. When she got done.. all my nails are different lengths and the are crooked. I get to the register to pay and she charged me 55.00 for a fill... when my previous full set was 45.00 at the same place. I asked the manager why it was 55 and showed him my nails and he said he didn't see an issue. I still tipped the girl 10 dollars and left extremely upset and unsatisfied. I typically spend about 150 a month on my nails. Due to the customer service and the lack of nail training the technicians have I will not be coming back. You should leave a nail salon feeling better then you did when you went in. If you look at the previous reviews. I am not the only one with this issue. So I have been numerous timesbefore writing this review. I wanted to get a good feel for the place first. I'm picky when it comes to my nails. On that note... I love how open this nail salon is! The tables are not jammed in there and the pedicure thrones are decently spread apart. The place is also very clean, which is something I always pay attention to. Now I'm nor a talked when I get my nails done. I want to get in, get out and be on my way...they definitely get that and don't try to small talk me. I know a lot of people do enjoy small talk, but I just don't. They have a great selection of gel polish! I always make an appointment because I use my lunch hour to get my fill done. I have gotten one pedicure here and it was by far my favorite. Diane was my nail technician and she went above and beyond to make me happy ! When I thought that nails looked good already , she said they still don't look like the once in the picture and she worked on them until they did ! The worst experience I have ever had with a nail salon. A 30 wait time turned into an hour and 15 mintues. Total time out of my day 2 and a half hours. I showed up at nine because the door says they open at nine. The website says they open at 9:30. A few months back I waited until 930 and showed up to the salon to see that they were a full house already. I asked them if they opened at nine and someone told me yes. Today I show up at 9am and one guy opens the door for me tells me to pick my colors and sits me down to soak my feet. I'm waiting and waiting and finally the rest of the crew walks in. A few minutes later lead person/female asked me if I have an appointment. I replied,"no." She then told me , "well we are booked up today." I explained to her that I had been sitting there for 15 minutes waiting for someone to start my pedicure. She said they would try to fit me in if they have time. There was no social graces of an apologetic explanation. Employee that let me in, never asked me if I had an appointment or told me they were full, when I walked in the door. I was literally the only customer there so I had no idea. Therefore, I got up and left. This main female who is in charge of this whole salon is completely rude every time. I went to Spoiled last Thursday on a recommendation of a friend. Her nails are always lovely and well done. I took my daughter in with me for a mani/pedi. When we arrived the salon wasn't busy and they go us in directly. The pedicure was first. My daughter and I enjoyed a nice warm soak. The gentleman who did my pedicure was efficient and made quick work of my feet. The trouble began with my finger nails. For the last 10 months I've been growing out my nails using the SNS natural nail system. My nails were healthy and strong. The man working on my hand insisted on removing my overlays with an artificial nail. No soaking. No cotton balls. Straight up ripping and tearing. I was completely ambushed! My nails were ripped and shredded until they bled. He was apologetic. I was stunned. He wanted to fix them. I refused. I paid for my pedicure and left. read more

So then I decided to take my nails off and do "ombré" pink and white. What I got is farrrrr from what I wanted or expected. I spent over $60 for nails that I had to paint over. My daughter and I had appointments at 1pm. At 130, we were taken to the pedicure chairs and started soaking. At 155, the water was cold and our feet were pruned. I called another salon and made appointments. We left. The staff was not friendly and the service was obviously terrible. Do not waste your time. This place is seriously a hit or miss. There is only two nail technicians that know what they are doing. If you do not get helped by them you're screwed! The male technician I had was rude. So many things wrong with my nails. I got a gel fill - coffin. As he is re-shaping my nails , he tells me how much he doesn't like my nails and that I should go shorter. I replied " no I like the length, please just sharpen them up." He rolls his eyes and continues. My left thumb I notice he is filling a lot and I asked him to stop because he is going to make it too short and he goes "no I'll make them even ok." That was a lie because my left is shorter than my right. He applies one coat of glitter to my nail and I explained to him that I love sparkle and asked if he can add another coat. That seemed like a problem because he asked if I was sure - I said yes- and then he huffed and grabbed the glitter back and applied it. Once he finished my nails, he asks me if I liked them. I give them a look over , only to notice there is a nail under the gel coat and I point it out to him. And he said ... with a smile... "I can fix next time you come in , I have appointment waiting!" Yes I was a walk in but WHAT?!?! So of course I'm angry. I asked if he could just fix the one nail with the hair. I also point out the length difference between my thumb nails and tell him not to worry about that now but if I can just get the one with the hair fixed I'll leave. And he goes "next time , next time." I'm pregnant and hot and tired and I really didn't feel like arguing so I grabbed my stuff and went to the front desk to pay. He tells me to have a nice day and he will see me later. I was not happy with his service AT ALL. Very disappointed.
